I've had numerous problems Bear Creek Arsenals 308 complete upper. I've sent it back once before because it failed to eject shells. They sent me a new one. It has basically the same problem, won't eject shells. I'm trying to return it. I've tried to get them to take the 2nd upper back. They've made it difficult. We are finally at a point whereby I was suppose to get a shipping label. I want them to send me a return label. (They have a full refund due date for full refund. But because it takes way to long to get to know the uppers proformace I/people have a problem getting it back in time for a full refund date. So this is bad. There is a life time return for exchange. The problem with this is they make it to had to contact them. Then once getting in contact with them they tell you you have to wait 14 business days to get an answer. When 14 days is up they still don't contact you. And you have to start sending more emails. I got in contact by email. There was way to many emails. I told them I would have to report them. After this they sent me an email saying return approved, click on link to get shipping lable. It took way to many emails to finally get emails saying my return was approved. They told me to click the link below to get my Return Shipping document. But the there was No Link below. I emailed them telling them they sent me a return approved email saying click the link below but there was no link below. I did this twice in one day. No response that day nor the next day. So I continued to email them the next day only to get another ticket number for the same problem. It should be easy to tell they are a miserable pain. They refuse to answer the phone. I do not recommend them.
