As far as doing business with him, be careful, as he is a liar and a cheat. He is usually in the restaurant/bar/used car business, and passes himself off as Italian. He’s not!
He has been sent letters from the attorney general’s office, which he ignores.
I have obtained a judgment in the amount of $66,139.61, as of October 31, 2013, which has increased since then as interest continues to be added. The attorney general’s office has done a tremendous job and they have done everything that is possible to do, but actually getting the money seems to be the problem. I have also obtained a new order for support, which he has totally ignored and has not paid one dime of. So many men are getting by without paying, and if they do get to court, nothing is done to them. He is evading service, which is necessary for a hearing.
