I placed an order for PMD pro on 5th August the company updated the account to say they have shipped it on the 10th August. I rang USPS they said they havn't recieved the item. This is the tracking number 9449011899223060456277. You cant call them their number is for wholesale customers only. Its a recorded message. They do not reply to your messages. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS company. I am out of $98 and without an item. Their customer service is the worst. I have a feeling the other positive reviews are fake. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This site advertises popular products at a discounted price. I ordered a popular game from this site. The money was taken from my card immediately, but the purchase showed as "Processing" for several days when I logged into their site to track if/when it shipped. They do not post a phone number, address, any way to reach them other than clicking on their "contact us" link and sending a message. So I did this and told them I had read bad reviews online since ordering, and would report their company unless my product is shipped immediately OR I receive my money back. I received no response, but all of a sudden my order status changed to "On back order". It has now been 3 weeks since placing my order, and I have sent three messages without so much as a response. I also told them since my order is now on back order I just want my money back. No response, and no change in my order status. I have given them several chances to make things right. I wish I would have looked into the legitimacy of this site BEFORE ordering from them. Bargainlight.com is a complete scam! I did use a credit card, but thank goodness it was a prepaid card so I don't have to worry about them taking more money from me!

I run a side-sublimation business, and I was looking for between 30-50 wholesale Yeti cups. I tried the local dealers, but no one could cut me a deal even if I was ordering 50, so I tried online figuring "well, SOMEONE online should be selling wholesale. I mean I need 30-50 to fill an order, what kind of company DOESN'T cut a deal at THAT many?"

I ended up first going to dhgate, and they ended up sending counterfeits that got caught up in customs, and deemed 'counterfeits' but they have a good buyer/seller reparation service, and I was able to get the money back, no problem. "Caught in customs" was an *actual* complaint that you could file on that site, so apparently, this is not *unheard* of to say the least, and as long as you file the paperwork that customs sends, they're good about returning your money, so at the end, the cups are lost in customs, I got my money back, I just lost time, and we move on.

The second place I ended up was "bargainlight.com". Their cups were priced a bit higher, and they were local in the US so I figured "well, this seems *reasonable* for 30 cups", so I placed the order. It said they "accepted my payment" and then...nothing. A week later it moved to "processing." It is now almost 3 weeks later, and I've been sending 2 'contact us' messages a day starting last Monday asking "when will these be shipped. Please contact me. I've heard nothing."

Then I noticed their 'refund policy' is that they have NO 'refund policy' and not only do they NOT have one, but their 'return policy' is driiiiiiiipping with...suspicious wording. Here is their *actual* 'return' policy:

---------------

Due to the nature of our inventory system, cancellations or modifications to any order are not permitted in any instance - no exceptions. This applies even if immediate contact is made via any method. Immediately after an order is placed, the associated stock is reserved, and the order is sent to processing and cannot be altered or cancelled. We apologize, but in order to provide the fastest and most accurate order processing possible, our system is set up in this way. Any order is eligible for return or exchange according to our terms and policies below. If you attempt to cancel payment through your card issuer or bank, this is in violation of our terms of sale and will be subject to an additional $100 fee plus any additional related costs. In some cases, this may also constitute buyer fraud, and may result in a criminal complaint filed against any buyer who attempts to circumvent the no cancellation policy in any way.

---------------

I called the bank on this today, and they said this is a VERIFIED scam. I'm in the process of putting a 'stop payment' on the payment.

Look, I know when you look up a site there's going to be 'positive' reviews, and you're going to think "well, these people are just bitter", but I can assure you, these are made by the saaaaaaaaaaame people RUNNING the site to introduce doubt into people's minds. 100% avoid this. It IS a scam. It is VERIFIED as a scam. This is 100% a scam.

Bargain Light advertises on their website a 2.5 oz bottle of Creed Aventus men's cologne for the discounted price of $139.00. This top-of-the-line fragrance sells for approximately $425.00 on the Creed website.

Bargain Light's descriptive copy advises that they are selling real and authentic Aventus; however, they are selling a fake, rip-off version.

When I received my order, I was sent a 4.0 oz bottle, instead of a 2.5 oz bottle. This was an immediate clue that something was wrong with this product. The 4.0 oz bottle sells for $455.00 on the Creed official website.

The product packaging resembled an authentic Creed presentation, but the box was a cheap version of Creed's usual high-quality packaging.

THe label on the bottle was poorly attached to the bottle; the seams did not match.

THe cap on the bottle came off too easily; authentic Creed has a cap which almost clicks in place and has to be pulled off the bottle.

The give-away that this was a fake bottle of Aventus is that the bottle did not have the official Creed batch number imprinted on it. The batch number found on the box is always imprinted on the bottle itself.

The fragrance was similar to authentic Aventus, but not the real thing. This was immediately obvious to me. And, the fragrance was short-lived. Authentic Aventus lasts for hours.

There were other discrepancies, but these are the main ones.

I advised the Better Business Bureau, and discovered that Bargain Light has an "F" rating.

I contacted Bargain Light that I was not satisfied with their bottle of fake Aventus, and that I would like to be fully refunded. The only reply I received was an email advising how to send the item back to them.

I should have known better than to think that this top-niche men's cologne could be purchased for $139.00 plus tax.

I have since purchased a bottle of 4.0 oz direct from the Creed Boutique, and it is apparent to me that the bottle sold by Bargain Light is an absolute fake.

Caveat Emptor --- Buyer Beware.

I ordered Creed Aventus from bargainlight.com. I ordered a 2.5 oz bottle for $130.00. I received a 4oz bottle of fake cologne. The scent was not the same. Bottle was funky and the label was all jacked up. I contacted bargainlight.com but no response. I contacted Amex to fight the charges. Do not order from this company.
