While browsing merchandise, prices kept going down on objects of interest, not by much, but some. Finally placed an order for 2 watches.
Took my credit card info, sent a confirming email about the order. Next day, canceled the order, saying the credit card info was suspicious. Checked with my credit company, they confirmed no problems with the account. Contacted Bang Good on their chat line, have to wait for over 60 prior contacts. Finally, got Aiden, who was gramatically incorrect in his chat.
He said that the account appeared suspicious and was canceled ($21 in watches). Told me to reorder. Explained to him that I have looked at their catalog only to find that the watches ordered has greatly increased in price. He said they could not alter the increase, and could not re establish the order. Apoligies offered. This is just a con game on their part. They lure you in with a low price, negate the order and then want you to order it a higher than previously advertized price, even during the sale period of their add.
Purchased a wood burning 2.5 watt laser and it did not work out of the box, I installed it to my xy burner and of course everything works except the laser. Now just for reference I am an A+ Certified Computer tech and software specialist, so I just did not fall off the truck. I contacted Banggood and advised of the problem, they started to make me jump through hoops stating they need pictures and videos and labels. One guy told me I did not need the shipping label,
I had already tossed it in the trash...but I did do a video showing my machine working but no light from the laser. He forward my complaint to another department who told me I had to provide a video, which I had already provided from youtube youtube/answer/57407?hl=en, so I sent it to them. So far nothing has been done and the battle is on going. Will not order anything from them again or any other china store will post more as it becomes available
My 12-year old son saved almost $90 to buy a computer keyboard case and we purchased this from Banggood on June 4, 2020. We have still not received this item. I've made contact with the company through five emails explaining that the product has not arrived and they say it has even though their own website indicates it has only made it to Nevada.
They say they want proof from my postal carrier that it was not delivered. I'm not sure how one could even do that, but clearly their own records show it was only delivered as far as Nevada while I live in Rhode Island. I've asked for a full refund several times, but they have not complied. It is now late October and my son is without the item or a refund.
Their website has all kinds of discounts, VIP programs, and coupons. They say if you register with them, they'll send you a $20 off sitewide coupon.Of course, this never materialized. I spent about a half hour chatting with their reps and getting nowhere. There IS no $20 off coupon. It's all a come-on. Another scam from CHINA
For two days I tried to get help with their webpage constantly changing from English to a random foreign language-usually French and why every time I try to order the search queries are completely different for exact same search, I cannot get free items for free, and my cart keeps splitting into two separate carts and when I try to merge the carts or login and log back in the items disappear.
They kept repeating over and over please provide order number after telling them 9 times there was no order or number. I finally told them where to stick their website and their service. I have never has such horrible service and such a frustrating time ordering something online and getting help. From the other complaints it seems this company does not admit any wrong or provide any sort of customer service befitting a retail store.
I played their LUCKY DRAW WIN FREE XIAOMI PHONE with my points. On the forth spin it landed on the phone and didn't award the phone to me.
When I contacted support all they said was it was "system generated" and they couldn't do anything. What a crock don't waste your points and for me, I'm not shopping there anymore.
I order a drone from them and it didn't work so i emailed them i had one reply to say it wasn't covered by guarantee so I replied and kept replying but they would not email me back I managed to speak to someone on live chat and they kept promising to email me this item cost me a lot of money but I have given up now I think once banggood have your money and sent the parcel they do not care anymore so never buy from banggood

The knock off product is being sold under the name "Bathroom Foot Brush Cleaning Slipper Massage Brush Scrubber With Sucker". It is a cheap version made of unknown materials under unknown conditions.

Note I am sending my complaints with correspondence from you to the BBB, Facebook & PayPal. I will also post this on my Facebook page to warn everyone not to do business with Banggood.com as your 3 day return policy means nothing & if anything is wrong just decide its price you pay for buying or doing business with anyone outside the USA.
Tell your China friends enjoy the $45. US dollars that a 70 year senior citizen was cheated out of. God bless the USA & American craftsmanship.
I ordered a size 11 shoe, but received shoes that look like a size8, I ask for a refund which was refused, then they offered a refund if the shoes were returned. i have no problem giving back the shoes ,however this company is in China and the cost to return the shoes cost more than the shoes. Pay pal came threw and gave me a refund.

Despite statements from the manufacturer assuring BG of reimbursement for a replacement under warranty BG refuses to send out a product.
They have their own special 180 day window they do NOT tell you about except in tiny little print. YOU SHOULD AVOID SELLERS LIKE THIS.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from a company in China called
Banggood.com. They cost $27.95. I of course waited at least 2 weeks for
delivery. And when I got them, as soon as I tied them, the top lace hole
broke off, because the shoes were very cheaply made. Of course they look
nothing like the picture on Facebook.
When we asked for our money back, they said they would not give it to us
but would send another pair of shoes. I'm still waiting. It has been
over a month now. They will not respond. It's very difficult to reach
anybody. And I could kick myself for being so stupid to order something
from China direct, without seeing it.
One thing is certain, this company is unethical. So save your money
folks, if you see anything by them. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't
trust anything made in China again. At least when you buy something at
WalMart, you can see it and feel it, and have recourse from WalMart. Not
so when you go direct with anyone from China.
