Baily's Hyperformance Factory Reviews

My experience with Bailey's Hyperformance. I definitely do not recommend. I took them my car in November of 2017 to troubleshoot a motor and other things. The motor Was damaged beyond repair by another shop. Bailey's took 4 1/2 To tear my engine down finish out a completed short block and install it their lack of knowledge is unbelievable. Chris Bailey the owner repeatedly lied to me. And when I would called him out on his lies he would threaten to kick my car out of his shop.. According to Chris the customer did not have a right to know when his car would be complete all he would say is when it is 100% perfect.. I am here to tell you his version of perfect is far from mine . When I got the phone call to come pick up my car. When I got there the motor would not run are Idle properly also the alternator and the airconditioner you could move and rock with your hand.. They did not mount the starter properly and broke teeth off of my flex plate. When I went to start it , It would not start because of the broken teeth. They also broke all of my PCM plugs and he refused to take responsibility for what is shop broke.... My car is currently at another shop fixing their screw up's. This shop is right there with savage street cars in Houston make no mistake..

BH factory has had its momments. This is your ordinary build. My car started with a bad shortblock. I had to wait a year till I could finally pull the trigger on the repairs. It was stored in my house during that time.

I brought Chris a used longblock on Aug of 14'. I wanted that shortblock swapped and installed. Few weeks later, i had given him cash for all the labor we discussed. I was told he would have it all together and ready to be put into the car. The car was towed to him on Nov 10th and supposedly it would be 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunately I moved out of state on Christmas and no update on the car. Around late Feb of this year, I was told that the car was finished but the used engine I took him was probably bad. He mentioned he was going to clean it and have it reinstalled. I went back to TX in hopes of shipping our last few items inside the car but it wasn't ready.

Sat in the back of the parking lot with loose valve covers. Almost complete but it didn't move for some time.

Finally on April 23 I get news. That the bottom end has a tick and more than likely had a bad shortblock. Right where I started year ago, but I'm not blaming Chris for machine malfunction. He did the job, but was stretched out 8 months. Promised pictures during build, and I have yet received 1. Other misc parts needed had a good mark$up. My radiator randomly had a hole and new $350 OE had to be replaced without my knowledge. If it's bad, it's bad, but I would of loved to of know so i could of put an aluminum in for that price. OE hardware, when the car came with ARP.

The ticking car came with a bill I wasn't expecting. I had hoped the old heads or block could be sold for even scrap, but my parts were tossed away. I mentioned the car had to be sold so we can both get cash and move on. I attempted a sale but I didn't have pics to show. I was told the guy up front would send me pics numerous times. People lost interest and couldn't sell. I had to save up the funds on my own just after making such move with entire fam.
