I heard about "Back In The Holler" from Home Advisor. Home advisor gave the firm a good rating. Unfortunately I did not read the fine print. "Home Advisor's" recommendations & background check has absolutely nothing to do with quality or workmanship. No. To the contrary "Home Advisor's" background check amounted to Back In The Holler, LLC had no current judgements against them, weren't pedophiles or no current bankruptcies or warrants for their arrest. The workmanship sucked. The crew looked like something out of a horror movie, One was creepy & seemed retarded or either on drugs. He easily became confused and his workmanship was sloppy. The other was fatm didn't seem very ambitious and more or less stayed in the background. Instead of doing repairs these two played havoc on the house leaving a lot of damage and not cleaning up afterwards. One of them even has his girlfriend over while we were away for a quicky in the garage, After they got out of here found all sorts of used condoms in the garage. Sounds unreal. So I took photos.
Hired these guys to remodel kitchen. They did a terrible job and caused a lot of damage. Left holes in the floor, gashes in doors, paint on furniture, kitchen flooded twice.Because these two reattached dish washer improperly. Removed baseboards and did not replace them. Removed toilet and did crappy job resetting it - can see subflooring. Left refrigerator unplugged for lomg periods of time without telling anyone. Members of the household contracted e coli as a result and had to get medical attention. Have hired a lawyer. Back In The Holler avoids any corespondence and the letters are returned unopened. To undue the damage caused I will have to hire someone else.
Hired Back In The Holler to replace a backyard fence. They tore the old one down, left broken boards and nails all over the place. Did I get a new fence. No. They just tore down the old 1, left a mess and left. No way of contacting them. They use fake addys 2 avoid lawsuits.
