First it started off with stacy/ tracey (used multiple names ) and he contacted us for marketing servies so we figured we would give him a chance since he showed up clean and acted professional.We ended up signing up and he ended up droping the start up fee of 50 bucks and only charged us 100 dollars for 1 month and said he would email us a contract ( which he never did which was the first red flag) .Then during the setup process he switched our google business and yelp business number to their number used on there website wrong so we lost buisness for almost a week which really hurt the business . I then called spoke to a Christian which supposedly manages all of Stacey/Tracey's customers and he had a really bad attitude about it and took him such a long time to switch the number back i had to log in myself and switch it . I then threaten Stacey/Tracey with legal action and he offered me 2 months for free and didnt even call me once during those 2 months letalone did i even notice a diferrence . Once the 2 months were up he called me out of the blue to ask me how business was which was weird because it was actually starting to slow down for a few days . He then shows me his website and shows that he "generated 5 business calls for the day from his website " . I looked at the incoming phone number and its the same number they switched on my google account again ! They werent generating any new business WHAT THEY DID WAS SWITCH THE NUMBER ON MY GOOGLE ACCOUNT TO FORWARD MY USUAL CUSTOMERS TO THEIR WEBSITE AND MAKE IT APPEAR THAT THEY WERE BRINGING ME NEW BUSINESS ! I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT NOBODY EVER USE HIS BUSINESS FOR MARKETING UNLESS YOU WANT TO DAMAGE YOU COMPANY! This is all a matter of my opinion based off of my experience with this company and will never use this company ever again . We will be looking into legal remedies against this company do to the damage they have caused .
