They identify that this product is a trial but yet they ask for your credit card. Upon downloading the software, they charged my credit card the full 129.95. I reached out to them and they said that the money would be refunded if I did not want it.

I installed the product on the mobile device. I was told that the mobile device would not alert the user that the software was on the phone. Lies... The end user of this device kept getting notifications that it was running in the background. They finally figured it out and had it removed. During the time it was on the phone, which was just over 30 days, I had called asking why the data I was getting was false. The support person told me it was the mobile towers were interferring with their signal; hence my date received woule not be 100% accurate. I tried to get a refund less than 2 months. The mobile device the software was on when they found it, they had it removed. I was also told that they could not do that. So WebWatchers is a product that DOES NOT WORK... DO NOT BUY IT... They do not give you refunds either and lie about how it works.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AWARENESS TECHNOLOGIES... They also took money from my elderly friend of 92 years of age. They sent him an email saying that he had to protect his computer and personal information and that he had to click on a link to be safe... OMG how could they do this to a 92 year old man.

STAY AWAY FROM AWARENESS TECHNOLOGIES WHO SELLS SCREEN TIME, WEBWATCHER AND INTERGUARD. THIS COMPANY IS TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND ARE GETTING AWARE WITH PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK.

I have been fighting with this company to refund 2 payments they took from me in a matter of days, they have not been able to provide the services they claim as I was monitoring my daughters phone and I even tried for days to update her icloud manually to get it to work and nothing I emailed them and this was their responce. I did as they asked even before they asked and now they will not even resoponde to me by email or paypal.

I am sorry but I call Bull as I spent time on chat trying to figure things out then I sent an email that I have copies of stating it was not working and That I had done icloud updates myself and still nothing. I have saved my emails so you can not say I have not contacted you as I have and I have the proof as well on June 19th I cancelled on paypal the reacurring fee and yet you took another payment from paypal after that so I have been tying to get 2 payments back from you

I am sorry but this is a little late now as my step daughter and mother have moved and we decided to no longer monitor her phone and that her mom can do it and pay for it. If this would have worked when needing it to it may of been a different story but when something is not working I will not continue with it. you took 2 payments from my paypal within days of each other. please refund as it is not right to take 2 payments that close let alone charge someone when your product does not work

Avoid it

Avoid it, they will subscribe you automatically. They offer some free services for 7 days but ask you a payment method to try. I did use one of their apps which didn't work at all and cancel it within the 7 days free trail. But they charged me 99 dollar for a year subscription. They subscribe me without me asking. Dont put any payment information and don't trust them. Customer services are the worst ever.

I purchased some software for my son's andriod phone to monitor his activity. I was never able to install the software. I would call costantly to the customer service number they provided and I would get disconnected. I started emailing the customer service and explaining the frustrations and they offered to try again. Even with the tech support helping the software still would not install. It was causing the phone to reboot and freeze and this was even after a reset. I was told by customer service via phone and email to allow them 2 more chances to try and get the software to work before they could issue a refund. After more than 2 chances the software still didn't work for the device and the device ended up malfunctioning after the attempts and I later had to replace it. This company continued to take money from my account and the subscribtion was signed up as "indefinite" on their end. The total price was supposed to be 99$ but I was charged 39.95$ from December 2015 up until April 2016. I was charged for a service I couldn't use and they have not responded to any emails pertaining to my refund. When I call I am placed on hold and disconnected. This isn't a professional company to use and I plan on seeking an attorney because this has been stressful.
