We purchased a Nissan Xterra from this dealership. They did not supply us with a temporary tag, as required by Georgia law. When we tried to register the vehicle, we were told by the county tag office that the dealership is not in compliance with state law and that the vehicle that we purchased cannot be driven until the dealer is in compliance with the law. We do not know how they are not in compliance with state regulations, but they sold us a vehicle that cannot be driven. The dealership continues to advertise cars for sale, even though it might not be possible for customers to legally drive their vehicles in Georgia.

Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership until their legal issues have been resolved with the state.

Nearly SIX months past sale with no registration paperwork received by county tag office. TWO temp tags expired. Parked vehicle pending outcome. Made contact with dealership personnel twice weekly since Jul 2015. No progress in locating title. No one at this dealership will take ownership! Horrible customer service and exhausting experience!! Consumers BEWARE!

Bought 2 vehicle and first one had to be parked 56 days no title. Second vehicle sold under consignment with owner lied and said its his personal vehicle. Had to tow the second vehicle back the next day. I was told someone drove a hole in the center of my engine. Cost me 4000 dollars to repair. It took 62 days, the bank and the other owner which was paid my bank to sign title over. I sued the dealership in which on 3 separate occasions they came up with lie after lie. Finally after 4 months the case was settle in my favor. Still no payment so now a lien against the dealership. I understand buy as is but I was lied to several times. I had to getter police involved. The DMV was involved also. BBS was also involved. Any doubt please contact the Thomson GA magistrate office or the police station and everyone will understand to stay away from those 2 crooks.

I agreed to the purchase of a 2005 Ford F-150 for $14,508. I transferred $500 on June 24, 2015 through PayPal and then transferred $14,008 via wire transfer on June 30, 2015 with the agreement that I would receive the vehicle in question within 7 days via a transport company that they would arrange.

After approximately 45 days with me attempting to contact them almost daily I withdrew my offer to purchase the vehicle and requested a refund. After speaking with a Georgia based attorney that represented Autosource unlimited, John A. Donsbach, on 8/19/2015 Autosource unlimited agreed to a full refund within three days of my request.

As of 10/8/2015 I have not received my full refund and I have attempted to contact Autosource unlimited and the attorney, John A. Donsbach to no avail. On October 9, 2015 I drove 5 hrs to attempt face to face to collect my money and was told by a man that worked there that a man named Justin white was the owner.

When I met Justin white he claimed he was only a manager but had no authority or anyway to looking to see what my status was. I left and filed a police report in which the police department and sheriffs office wasn't surprised and they have had nothing but complaints.

Which explains why this place was a ghost town when I showed up. No salesmen greated me or ever came to talk to me. The receptionist was a slimeball herself who just glared at my wife causing my wife to ask if she had something on her Mind.
