Ordered a ac compressor kit for my dodge - order was delayed for a week and when it did arrive it was incomplete and not even the right compressor - initiated a refund and sent the part back but after a month I heard nothing - called them and was told my refund was pending (lied too) and it was waiting for my bank

another week goes by and I call again and this time Im told I didnt send back all the parts - after weeks of calling and trying to work through this I again am told that my refund is pending my bank again (another lie)

now 6 months later I finally receive notice my refund is pending but it is for less than half of the amount which makes no sense as the dryer and o-ring kit list for far less than what they have deducted from my refund - will never recommend this company or do business with again - not only did it cost me extra money but extra time waiting for my truck to be fixed

I called this guy amilio which is the owner and the boss Auto Parts Warehouse in Tyler Texas to see he had a motor that was sit in my car and how much it would cost to buy the motor and have it put in. He gave me the price of a motor then told me the mileage that was on the motor and told me how much it would cost all together and that it would take about 4 days. I took my car to his shop and after not hearing from him for about 5 to 6 days I called. The first thing he told me after answering his phone was quote " I can't find a motor anywhere!" Unquote. He then answered me he would find a motor in a couple of days and put it in and we'll call me. Me living in Denton which is 2 hours away I figured why not give him a couple more days. A week later I called still no motor I said I was coming to get my car and at that time is when he informed me that he had taken the motor out my car and it was taken apart.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt so I told him in a week if there is no motor in my car I want my motor in my car. When I called him back a week later he told me to go to Dallas and pick a motor up because he couldn't do it and he would only charge me labor. I gave him another week to put my motor back in my vehicle after that week was up my motor was still not in my vehicle. At this point I did not want him to work on my car but I had no choice cuz that's my only vehicle so I ended up calling the tyler police department and filing theft on him. After about a week of Investigation I found a vehicle with a motor so I informed the investigator 2 tell them the auto place to put my motor in my trunk so finally after about over a month and a half I ended up getting my car back but he did not put the motor in the trunk he just put it in the front unounted.

They had all my bolts and nuts in 1 bucket with no labels or anythin and my parts in the trunk . Then when I was trying to tow my car off I realized my catalytic converter wasn't there so I guess they tried to keep it . They didn't even have a come along to help put my car on the two wheel Dolly I brought up there to pull my car home with. All in all they took my motor out when they didn't have a motor to replace it and then they didn't want to put my motor back in my vehicle when I wanted to come get it. Bad Business do not go to these people.

I see the Auto Parts Warehouse has had several previous scam reports made. I found this all too late. I do wonder why, apparently, nothing has been done in this regard.

I was sent a part from them I was later told would NOT fit. It fit fine.

I was sent another part I was fully assured was an exact fit. It wasn't. It took me over a month to get the refund. I had used a $20.00 APW rewards toward this part and this was not returned to my account voluntarily. I had to make additional inquiries to get it replaced to the account

I found an individual I did not know with a vehicle I did not have any connection with was listed on my account to have placed an order. On my account, not me, not my vehicle. I asked them why but they didn't seem to know. I asked them to please remove it...but they didn't. It is still on my account.

I asked them to give me the fax # for the corporate office but they wouldn't.

I see from previous reports that the 16941 Keegan Ave. address in California is only a store front kept by the company merely to allow them to do business in the United States. The other address on Margay Ave. I feel is more than likely the same situation.

I have to wonder why this is company is allowed to continue like this with the previous reports made and supposedly added to the BBB reports.

This company is by far one of the worse I have come across in regards to inability to fulfill customer concerns. Apparently they are also held to policy to not give out information. If you have nothing to hide you have no fear in giving out information.
