I agree with the fact that they are a rip-off! They do not enclose an invoice with your trial and I did not read anywhere that there was a 14 day trial or you would be charged (Approx $90 each for each trial product) if you did not cancel within that time. I looked quite a while trying to find reviews for their products and this was the only site I found. Every other one is just something their company puts up to rave reviews! Although, after discussion with their customer support personnel, they allowed a 50% discount to my bank account. Will still dispute their charges as their advertising is misleading. I truly hope that other ladies find this review site before they order with this company!

Aurora eye serum has billed me twice for beauty products that I have not ordered. The billing on 09/15/2016 was $89.71. The billing on10/20/2016 was for $94.00 . The only product I ordered was a trail size aurora eye serum for $4.95

I have to agree with the other reviews here. You are sent the trial offer with no invoice to indicate what you paid or that there was a 14 day period ( I did not see this information when I ordered the trials) in which to cancel. If you didn't cancel, they charge you approximately $90 per trial offer. This review site was not easy to find as all other reviews on their products are placed by the company. They did indicate that they would refund 50% of the $179.48 they took from my bank account, but I will still dispute the charges as their advertising is not up front. I truly hope that other ladies are able to find this site before ordering anything from this company!

I ordered the eye cream for 3.95 and skin cream for 4.95 and was told that there is a 14 day trial...

I recieved the product on the 15th of Aug and used the product for 10 days with no results...

called them that day to cancel both products, was told that they would cancel...

got my bank statement on the 2nd and noticed the charge of $89.77 and $89.71.

called them to find out why they were charging me when I had cancelled and they said that the trial date started on the day I ordered and it ended the day before I called.

But they would give me a 35% refund.

They are a rip-off

Marketing caused bad taste

Bad marketing caused maybe a good product a "BAD TASTE". I sent for the trial and 90.00 charges started appearing on my credit card. When you call in to cancel they tell you "too bad, so sad". You're stuck. Beware of this ONE!

You are sent a product in a box with still no information on how to return or cancel the trial in order to not be sent more off the product you don't even want! I called and wad greeted by a wonderful automated system that asks if you want to keep the product at a "reduced" price. You select NO and it continues with more automated voice that leads you to believe that you are just canceling but instead you are purchasing the product unset the terms you just said NO to. I pushed zero to speak worth a person who basically told me I selected the wrong option in the automated system so I'm stuck with it and and the $38.71 price tag. They can no longer help you now that you don't have an account with them anymore.

Ordered this product online. Free sample except for delivery charges. I labored under the assumption that if it worked I would reorder which is fair enough. They charged for delivery and then noticed on my credit card charges for two separate items but never received. I called the number on my credit card statement and they gave me the line that I agreed to recurring charges for the prodcut. I never saw that statement, nor did I receive the product for the charges made. So even if there was a little print agreement, it is fraudulent not to provide the product.
