Beware Auction Nation users. For a while I was looking for a cheap backup vehicle and did bid on an auction. I had clearly been outbid and it showed in my history..however a few minutes later i got a call from them saying I had won the auction and they had captured the $300 deposit. I said no thanks I didnt win..the lady on the phone baited me into saying that I didnt want the vehicle and then went ahead and charged a $200 reneg fee. Why did this happen? Schill bidding plain and simple. U have someone trying to drive tbe price up and if their tactic doesnt work they try to get you to pay anyways based on your last maximum bid. After much fighting and talking to somone with common sense i finally got the $500+ i was charged for an auction that I didnt win refunded. Bottom line..you cant trust whats going on behind the scenes here. Thankfully i had taken screen shots showing proof I was outbid, if not I probably wouldnt of had a case..as they had locked my account and could no longer see the bids i had placed. Just my experience..i hace a hard time believing that this was just a glitch.

This Phoenix area auction "AUCTION NATION" deals in stolen goods. Beware. After I purchased goods here, the police informed me they were stolen and I was forced to give up the property. When contacted, the auction denied any responsibility and put all of the risk on their customer (me). They did not want to help at all. They played hardball with my VISA company and would not yield anything to VISA. I became the victim and paid for the proceeds of their crime. Be aware of this company. They will throw you under the bus at every opportunity. They deal in stolen goods.

On May 06th, 2015 I went to Auction Nation with 30 items. All items were sold except for two. Now it's 4 months later and the items can not be loctaed. I'm told that they have no record of it. However, I do. I'm told to go into the warehouse, that's the size of 2 football fields and search for the items. That's not even protacal, nor is it my job. They are trying to rip me off, but they have the wrong person. I beleive in fighting for what's right. Its on.

My sister told me about this company and that they have good deals time to time. I bid on and won a Hoover vacuum cleaner. I left work to pick it up and when I opened the box it had trash and old kitchen facets in it. The pictures online said it appears new and it looked worth bidding on. . Needless to say I had to wait 8 days for my refund although they took my money upfront. The scam is I won this at a very cheap price and now it's something different! While talking with some of the workers they apologized for the inconvenience and told me this happens all to often. what a joke misleading people and switching out the products. I'll never give these people my money again.

Won a Nissan Altima for $220 and had to pay storage fee and the total was $342.00 for a car that was listed starts and runs. When I picked it up it was listed non runner. It ran from on end of the lot to the other and had a blown head gasket with was not listed.

My husband made a bid on a vehicle on Friday, February 24th 2017, and he won! The car was a 1994 Jeep Grande Cherokee 4 door 4x4. The picture looked a little weathered, but it was an older vehicle, the car was pretty clean, the interior looked clean, the apholstry looked to be in tact including the carpet, the seats and the ceiling, along with the leather dash and so on. The description of the vehicle said all is clean and the car starts and runs. It also stated no special notes.

We went the next morning Saturday February 25th to pick up the vehicle. They made him pay for the vehicle first, and mind you the car was suppose to be up front but was still parked around the corner where other vehicles still in auction was parked. Walking up to the vehicle, he noticed the back windshield was shattered and broken out of the vehicle, which did not show in the picture or was noted in the description of the vehicle. He went in the vehicle and the ceiling of the vehicle was not in tact in fact had the insulation fully exposed. Overall the car was clean. He opened the hood and again things looked ok, the fuel pipe was not in tact but he secured it where it needed to be and closed the hood and attempted to start the vehicle, the car wouldn't start! The battery seemed to be not working. He opened the hood again and noticed the battery was not even the correct battery for the vehicle as it was much smaller then what was needed.

At that time we decided that this vehicle was not at all was in the description on the internet and clearly not what was shown in the pictures. He went back into the office and because he already paid for the vehicle, he was only given the option to relist the vehicle and it was than explained that once the vehicle sells and the buyers pay he will be cut a check for what they owe us! This is not okay! And cannot be legal by any means. This is very alarming and so upsetting to me that this kind of business is being conducted and nothing is being done about it. This company is a scam and they lie! Please don't ever buy from this company. And the State needs to do something about this kind of company!!!!

Purchased a truck for my business, with the guarantee that the title would be sent in 5 days. It's going on 4 weeks now and my company loses money everyday that vehicle is parked. I get a different story every time I speak to someone. Supposedly it's been mailed out two different times, yet still no title. I definitely would never recommend this unprofessional and unreliable business to anyone. I wish I would have read their reviews prior to doing business. Won't happen again.

I have been a good customer of this company for many years and spent a lot of money with them. NOw they are under new management. I attempted to return merchandise under the 24 hour rule. Merchandise that was in such bad condition I wouldn't even donate it. I buy online because of the dsitance I would have to travel. They would not budge on refunding me a measley $69.00 when I spend 1000's. Since they moved to a new location they are opened on Sundays. I picked up on Saturday, or I should say my husband picked up on Saturday. NOw because they are opened on Sunday the 24 hour rule applies. No longer 24 hours of weekley business hours. The person I spoke to treated me like a low life imbiclie. He knows that I will Never buy from them again. They are selling damaged goods that are not in any form useable. This is not the way to treat a long time customer.

Cypress Ave location is closed and all of those people lost their jobs. How conveinet just before Christmas.

I placed and won a bid online with Auction Nation at online.auctionnation.com on a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo. When I went to pick up the vehicle the windshield was cracked in several places. The pictures that were posted in the ad on their site when I placed the bid DID NOT show a broken windshield. They misrepresented the vehicle. I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle anyway since I drove all the way to Phoenix, AZ from Show low, AZ.

As I was pulling off their lot at 3441 w. Grand Avenue the transmission on the rodeo slipped. It continued to slip as I was driving and then finally it stopped shifting all together. I was less than 2 miles away from the Auction Lot and the transmission WOULD NOT go into gear at all. I was stranded.I had a mechanic come look at the Rodeo and was advised that the transmission was completely out.

I immediately called the manager of Auction Nation at 602-277-0941 to inform him of the vehicle being undriveable, that I was broke down a few miles up the road, and that the transmission went out. He told me that the ad posted online for the Rodeo stated that the transmission was slipping and ready to go out at anytime. That is a big fat lie. I told him the ad never stated anything about the transmission at all or the cracked windshield. This is false advertising. I double-checked the ad and it DID NOT state anything about either problem. The manager told me “sorry all sales are final! Nothing we can do to help you.” I am completely devastated. I cannot believe this is how they do business, so heartless!

So here I sit, stranded in Phoenix with a broken down car I just paid $1000 for and I am less than 2 miles from the Auction lot. I live in Show low and have no idea how I am going to get home now. This company is shady. They lie and misrepresent vehicles. They do this intentionally knowing that they will defraud innocent buyers like me. I am livid, devastated and in tears. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH THEY HAVE SCREWED MY LIFE UP DOING THIS TO ME!

**DO NOT BUY FROM THESE NO GOOD, SHADY PEOPLE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT IN THE END!*

SHAME ON YOU AUCTION NATION! SHAME ON YOU!

THEIR RATING IS F WITH THE BBB (BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU)

I was determined to win a patio set and was willing to bid $120. The webpage updated, confirming I was the high bidder. I watched the 3 minutes count down to zero. Then the screen changed confirming the bid had CLOSED and that I WAS THE HIGHEST BIDDER. I was excited to win the set and quickly too a screen print, I'm glad I did because seconds later the page "crashed", where all the other webpages I had open did not. I reloaded the page quickly, to see that the set was awarded to another bidder at $10 more. There was no 3 minute countdown. To make it worse, Mark the Manager had an insincere, hostile attitude towards the situation.
