This is fraud at it's best. You would almost think Bernie Madoff is running it. They go from shell company to shell company, taking young employees and turning them into independent contractos, and selling them on the fact that they own their own business. It's complete fraud. By doing this, they rip off the state on payroll taxes, they put these people, in most people uneducated and vulnerable people, and they sell them this dream of being an owner. But instead of being an owner, they still have to have a schedule, follow a schedule, and do what the company says, and the company's parent is Smart Circle.

Now, I can assure you, Atmosphera does their own reviews. They're all shell companies, they're going to be shut down by the Attorney General, and there will be an attorney hired soon for a class action suit for employees that haven't even been paid minimum wage. These independent contractors are told to hire their own people, without any training, and then whatever's left over they get to keep. This company is not only fraudulent, but they have these big meetings, visionary meetings, where they make their own employees pay to attend them. And then their goal is just to put them in debt, and get them debt motivated.
If you look at the website of Atmosphera, 70% of the pictures are of ex-employees or (oh I'm sorry...) "Owners". This company will be shut down by the end of 2018. It will be out of Costco, out of Sam's Club, and away from AT&T and DirecTV. This could be one of the worst companies and biggest cases of payroll fraud I've ever come across.
Atmosphere global. Company you do not want to work for. they do not care about their employees if you are sick, if you cannot make the money they will get rid of you. You go through classes just to work in Costco. You will work 10hr or more. And they do no pay you on time. Treat you like middle class. And they are royals and way better then anyone. I'd worked there for a month and just got paid tues. They complain about having to rush my check, said it coat him $89.00 to rush. My check never showed up. Wrote me a check seemed like he wasn't willing to do that. Thses people are rude as heck. They say there not focus on making money but they are. More focus on the money part then actual employee health or financial well being, have you drive to different places with no money. But willing to help sometimes
