I ordered a sweatshirt from Asvogue fronm the internet. My credit card was charged immediately. Once the shirt arrived it was obvious the shirt was mis-sized. I measured the front of the shirt and it is 16 inches across. That is not the width for an XL womens shirt or sweater. I sent an email as per the instructions on the company website asking for an address to return the item and also for a refund. Even though the email I sent included the measurements to indicate the shirt was mis-sized, I feceived an email two days later. I was told to take a picture of the shirt with a tape measure across the front and send it to them. When I tried to send them an email with this information (which is a very unusual request anyway) the email keeps coming back as undeliverable. I think this is a scam to take people’s money. I am worried now that they have my credit card information it will be used to hack my account and steal from me. There is no name on any emails from the company and no comapny address or,phone number. Not only do I want a refund, I want an address for the company.
