My best friend trusted this company to sell her house. Three weeks later, no ads, no open house, one showing, no door to door mktg, etc, my friend asked them to cancel listing agreement so she can go to a real realtor (this was a 'fastfood, wholesale realtor company who my friend later on found was very shady company who most realtors laugh at). Instead of giving up listing just like any other realtor would do just because its clients preference, this company made her feel miserable, & will not let her go so she can move on (she lost her job & has to move out of state). She has to leave this house empty & uninsurable until the listing expires 9/28.

She is ready to foreclose on her house which she put over 100$k her whole life savings as downpayment. This is after this company already made money from original sale barely months prior!!!! Shes begged repeatedly, & tonight, the owner just emailed her, "she's a nut".

(can provide a copy of their nasty emails to her). Calling my friend a nut after everything theyve put her through. Id become a nut too. These people are not professional. Pls contact me and my friend showed me all the proof. I can provide. They can file a rebuttal all they want, I have proof.

My wife and I had hired Assist to Sell to sell our house.

We received an offer from a solid potential buyer. When my wife came to our work in the afternoon we were ready to sign and finalize the sale of our house.

My wife works second shift and typically arrives at work at around 1:00 pm.

Randy Bowman was fully aware of my wife’s work schedule.

The potential buyers wanted one last look at the inside of our house. They wanted to come in at 10:30 am. Mr. Bowman did disclose to the buyer’s agent that there was a second shift worker living in the house. We had to ask them to postpone the time. Then they said they would be there at twelve noon. My wife was OK with that time although she was still getting ready for work a little ahead of her schedule. She was planning on being dressed and out of the house by noon.

At about 11:45, while my wife was taking a shower, the buyer’s agent walked into the house, 15 minutes early. My wife had to ask her to leave. The agent only went back outside and stood in the driveway. My wife asked the agent to leave altogether while she was getting dressed and to come back a little later. The buyer’s agent refused to leave.

My wife was so distraught that she called me at work to come home. When I arrived at my house the buyer’s agent was still sitting in her car in front of my house. This was now close to 12:30.

Shortly after I entered the house the agent got out of her car, walked up and rang my doorbell, then immediately walked back to the end of the driveway. It was very odd body positioning.

Mr. Bowman did call me at work also and explained that there was an issue with the buyers seeing the house, but did not include any information about the buyer’s agent walking into the house early while my wife was in the shower. His only concern was with the well-being of the buyer agent and buyers, not his client.

Randy Bowman called me to re-initiate the sale of our house. I told him that no one had apologized to either my wife not myself. Randy said that he “did not see the problem” and that he “was acting in a professional manner by not apologizing to his client”.

I had to pay Randy Bowman a fee of $2,995 to release his hold on the rights to sell my property.

Not only did Randy Bowman not represent his client’s wishes of not having the house shown while we were inside, especially in the shower, his in-actions resulted in the loss of the sale of our house. The loss of the sale of this house has caused a huge financial burden to our family, and probably to the potential buyer’s family. Randy bowman from Assist 2 Sell in Largo has directly caused undue financial and emotional stress and should not be paid for this dis-service.

My wife is just now getting back to a safe sense of mental being.

Randy Bowman and the other Real Estate agent have both refused to apologize claiming that this action is part of their "normal procedure".
