Aristocratic Skin Anti-Aging Cream Reviews

I have been scammed by this awful company called Aristocratic Health Aka Skin Care. The company had charged me $400.00 automatically without my permission they said that that’s Ok to take my money no signature required. All representative spoke with Indian accents. I was charged $200.00 in April I had never receive any product from them, on May I have been charged again $200.00 I have only received an eye product not facial and been charged for it and told them I don’t want it. They refuse to provide me with a refund. I wanted to speak with a Manager someone name Jack Wilson speaking with Indian accent posing as a Manger didn’t help and repeat the same story as the previous rep. Pretty much he said that the sample product wasn’t really a sample product as they were advertising it was the actual product, therefore they charged me money. So the add was false and a fraud! Also the add wouldn’t show the terms and conditions so you don’t know really what you are signing really up to until you will see the charges on your bank account. They are Indians criminals and need to be stopped from practicing this crime.

I realized as soon as products were being added and I could not refuse them that this was a scam. I closed the site and reopened to find a phone number. I called the number and was told that they could not stop the order because it had not posted yet. I told them that I would not accept nor pay for anything from them. about a week later I received 2 e-mails "welcoming me" for my order. I replied to both e-mails telling them that they were a scam and fraud and that I would not pay the "shipping & handling charge" to close the account immediatly. About a week later I received one small package in the mail but I returned it, unopened, marked refused, return to sender and called the company to tell them it had been returned. I was informed that I couldn't do that without a return number. I told them It was too late it had already been returned. Shortly there after I received my credit card bill with 4 charges for the 2 products. I called my credit card company and explained the situation and they removed the charges. Imagine my shock when a month later I received a new bill and in place of the $13 or $14 dollars that had been removed, The credit card had allowed 2 new charges totaling $200 dollars. I have for the past 3 months spent many hours trying to take care of this fraud. I have spoken to the company representatives myself and with the credit card reps on the same line. It still has not been settled although I thought it had a couple of times, it is always added back on. I have cancelled my card, after getting a new number, only to have this fraudulent charge added to it. At this point I am so angry that this company would do this and my credit card company let them add more charges after having to remove the first charges, that I would not pay it if my life and credit depended on it. I just pray that this reaches someone who will not be flem-flammed by these criminals.
