DRIVERS..AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT, RUDE A* PEOPLE AND DO NOT GET YOUR DOT PHYSICAL HERE. I WILL FILING A DISPUTE ON MY CREDIT CARD FOR ALL THE HASSLE, DISRESPECT AND THAT THE FINAL PRODUCT IS STILL NOT CORRECT. I WILL ATTACH AN IMAGE OF THE DOT LONG FORM THAT IS NOT CORRECT IF I CAN. I SAW 2 OF THE OFFICE WORKERS DRINKING AND TALKING FOR 30 MINUTES INSTEAD. THEY SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THE DOCUMENTS RIGHT INSTEAD OF TALKING BULL! As far as going back and getting the Long Form fixed (picture attached), which would have been my 4th trip to their office. I thought it best to not try again based upon their previous service. The secretary also made the comment Drivers that I am lucky the Dr. Granted a 3 month DOT Medical Card because if the other Chiropractor (Jason Tovar) had done the exam then 0 months would have been on the DOT Medical Card. DRIVERS AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
