I have spent the last 5 months and over $300.00 in service calls and parts trying to fix my washer dryer combo. So far not one promise has been kept and the unit still isn’t working. They don’t answer emails or return phone calls and only speak to me when I “catch” them on the phone. They offered me a new unit at a reduced price with free shipping with a trade in. When I accepted the offer they raised the price $100.00 and added shipping.
Talked to 5 different people telling them that I need in writing the approved amount for repairs so i could schedule the customer for service. 3 separate time by 3 seperate people I was told we will send that in 15 minutes l. Never received it. I then called back and referenced the claim asking for them to approve my rates and fees. They said alright but we will have to pay with a check even though I told them card only. They said their credit card machine was down...? Not sure what that has to do with paying me. They then contacted me asking for my tax ID forms which is normal, however still have yet to send me approval for a claim they called me to resolve. Every person that answered the phone in "Texas" was Indian and impossible to understand. They are simply not backing the product they are selling warranties to cover. SCAM!
