The nice landlord guy lures you in, his wife is an absolute nightmare. His nightmare of a wife takes over. Micromanages every aspect of your life from another state. From how many visitors you have, what they're driving, to monthly inspections of the property. After you sign the lease they want to add more to it. If you don't agree , they add money to your monthly rent. They want 20 hrs of monthly maintenance for free...with video and picture proof& record log submitted to a group email with other tenants. These ppl are about getting the large deposit, then cause you such a headache you want out of there. So they get to keep your deposit. This place has the highest turn over rate bc of the deposit scam they run! Do not move here or you'll regret it! They pit tenants against each other & have every body watching everybody's business...coming & goings. If you do not answer her weekly calls/emails, she will contact everyone from your references. Or social media accts. You have to report all visitors coming & going. She will also charge you for prev tenants propane even though it's already been paid. They will send you bills for utilities unassociated w your rental. The word around town is stay away from these landlords and you won't find that out from the small town gossip, until you're already hooked to their contract/lease. Rent goes up annually hundreds of dollars. So you'll be forced to move anyway , bc it's unaffordable. They basically want the turn over rate so they can keep the large deposit. Stay away from this place or be forewarned!!!
