After i took a cab from lake Charles Louisiana to Houston texas to purchase a bmw i was told was available and founding out it was already sold,mario maltez offered to Help Me get financing, despite the fact that i told them my credit was 480,they went ahead,first i was qualified for a 2011 car paying 380.00 with a 1500 down payment, after i don't get qualified for that car,they qualified me for a Chevrolet cruze 2015 but for a 1800 down,i got financing contract with credit acceptance in detroit,they gave all paper work and liability insurance 3 days latter they conctacted me stating the financing terms must be redone and if i refused the car was to be repossessed. I called several attorneys but at first wasn't lucky till a texas lawyer stated it is a legally binding contract enforzable legally, if they repossessed it would be illegal and i can keep the vehicle and pay in accordance with the contract.they still threatened to take car,and demand for me to drive back to Houston...
