Anthony and I had an agreement to partner up on all flip projects. 50/50. I put out 100% of the money on my flip projects and gave him the agreed upon split. When Anthony got paid on his projects, not one dime came my way. Infact, he HID the deals from me. I had a check for the amount of $20,000 that was supposed to come my way after one of his deals in West Covina closed, but he didnt pay me. He made 40k from that deal. He didnt pay me one penny. He promised me that he would pay me from another deal because he had someone to pay, but I later found out about a deal he hid, months later, he also got paidover $40k from that one ( i was entitled to half based on our 50/50 agreement) agian, I got ZERO.
On another project located on Sittingbull in the city of Hesperia. Anthony basically double dipped on the construction and the profits. The first contractor we hired to preform the rehab, named Isaiah, quit on me, because Anthony was forcing him to use the money for another project. Anthony confess to taking $3500 and DID pay me back by "DISCOUNTING" the rehab project which he had to finish using "HIS OWN" contractors. As i've been working on collecting more research on my situation, I come to find out through Isaiah, that it was WAY more than $3500 and that he would be willing to help me with my investigations. I was out about 15k on this project. I did ask Isaiah why he never came to tell me. he said, the only reason he never came forward is because he is not a citizen and Anthony always threatens to call the Migra on him.
This just goes to show how LOW this con artist can get. He is a liar. He will never pay, and will cause problems in your deals. He will manipulate you into thinking everyone is the problem BUT him. Anthony owes me $55,000 based on our agreement. That includes the $15k he took by double dipping on my sittingbull project.
I have a reason to trust Isaiah more than Anthony, becasue there have been at least 7 victims that have come forward with their stories and they have provided proof of the money they sent him along with voice recordings and texts messages of Anthony promising he will pay them back. I've seen it all!
My suggestion to anyone running into this bad lesson. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He's an ABSOLUTE LIAR and has NO INTEGRITY. Do not let his soft spoken, fast talking voice fool you.
