Anajet LLC is a company that manufacturers DTG printers. They claim that they are the leading manufacturer in their field, they claim that their products are durable, they claim that they have great customer service. All of which is fair from the truth .The more research I do the more that I find that I am not the only person who has animosity for Anajet LLC.

So my partner and I purchased our MPower printer a little over a year ago and I can not say that we have had a smooth ride at any point of this venture. At first when we had issues we would call customer service and it would take hours to sometimes days to resolve an issue, depending which technician you would get. Some technicians were patient and took their time and made sure or really attempted to resolve whatever the issue was. While most sounded like they just woke up and are ready to get off the phone.

First time my printer stopped working properly. We had issues with some of the print heads firing, so we called the company did all the trouble shooting with them over the phone, sent emails back and forth after hours of working on the printer we decided to stop and try again tomorrow. The next day we call could not get in contact with anyone at first, so we attempted to see if we could get it working again on our own. The end result it did start to work again and we ended up getting in contact with a technician. The tech apologized for not getting back to us, I explained to him what we did to get it working again he told us what may have been the problem.

A few months later the printer is not working properly again this time we did everything we could with the techs and they tell us that since its still under warranty that we should have it sent out. We are based out on the East coast and Anajet is based out on the west. They have no techs on the east coast, so we had no other alternative but to send it out to them. Now they guaranteed that we would get it back with in 4-5 Weeks. 2 months later no printer during that time my partner and I are calling weekly to get updates. Every time we call we are getting different excuses to why the printer is not ready. They even blamed being bought by Ricoh caused the slow up. Which is the last thing anyone want to hear, that basically your business is taking a hit because the business that suppose to be helping you is prospering.

Finally get the printer back, starts off fine then a month in, problems start that led to other problems which has resulted in us sending the printer back again for repairs. its been a month now since we have sent the printer out for repairs. Do I know whats wrong with my printer, no i do not. Do i know when I will get it back? No i do not. Will anajet send me a new printer no they will not. Will anajet reimburse me for the money and supplies that have been wasted, no they will not.

Long story short your better off keeping your money or buying some beach front property in Kansas instead purchasing anything from Anajet LLC/ Ricoh.

I did not go into extra detail i.e. getting circuit boards that kept blowing getting information from workers who have told me that if I don't harass them about my printer I would get anywhere.
