They pursued my firm to do construction work for them. At first they are overly nice and filled with promises. They then have you start your project with promise of first payment 4 weeks from start date. 10 weeks later no payment will arrive with excuse after excuse. Eventually they because very aggressive and accuse you of not doing a job correctly. They than will kick you off the job without pay.they than use intimidation tactics to scare you into not suing. When you call and email the office conveniently they do not have an operator to speak to. Eventually you hire a lawyer and they already have a small settlement offer prepared for you that does not even cover your costs in exchange for a hold harmless waiver they have prepared for there victims not to pursue further legal action. Because there jobs are usually not for tremendous money, they know you will settle to avoid legal costs DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
