I placed an order for a wig from an ad on facebook. The wig is nothing like the ad. and cannot be worn. Looks like it was used to scrub the floor. Another order from a different ad also not wearable. Both different ads but the same company American Wigs. Neither are wearable $41.87 for one the other $36.59. I am discussed at this deception and loss on my paypal.
Ordered a wig online. Made in China. Paid for express shipping. The photos of the wigs have been retouched and look nothing like the product I received..received later than the days quoted for express shipping.
I wrote asking for a full refund to my PayPal account and the address to return the wig. I was never given an address...and only offered an $8, $12, $18, and finally a $22. refund (50%)...over many days of e-mails from China. I finally accepted this refund and threw this ugly wig in the trash. When I tried to post a negative review on their web page, it would not accept anything but a five star review. These people are horrible to deal with. Buyer beware.
I saw the advertisement for American Wigs on Facebook. I went to the website and ordered a Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Hand-Tied) UMI065 Honey Toast. The price was $34.36 plus $5.99 shipping totaling $40.45 which I paid for through Paypal.
After approximately 5 weeks, I received the wig which is in no way what I ordered. It is not a lace front wig, not the color I ordered at all, and is low quality. I attempted to go to the email address for returns and exchanges which was provided but it turned out to be a scam address.
