This organization promises deeply discounted travel. They charge over $5000 for a membership but they can't deliver. They offer a 5 day cancelation period but the don't let you cancel.

After signing up, I found that there was very litttle availability. Just off season excess inventory. When I tried to cancel they refused and harrased me for along time.

We received a flyer in the mail that had a short living electronic pull tab that supposedly showed a winning number. After verifying your number with the printed one on the letter, you were supposed to call a number at which time they said that everyone in a particular area was receiving the letter and very few people actually receive a winning combination and those that don't receive a consolation prize. Suprise we won.

They set up an appointment at a local hotel to pitch their presentation. We arrived 12 minutes late because of traffic and were met by a man in a suit, the agent, slouching in a chair. His attitude was rude and very confrontational insisting that we couldn't join the group and being very evasive and aggresive in body language and tone to my wife and I.

I asked to see someone in charge and a woman came and was listening to what had occured and the agent came over and said that I was trying to get him fired. Hed walked away briskly in a huff and another man who stated he was his friend and that the agent, Adrian, was having problems with his wife, and he shouldn't have acted that way.

I asked him to appologize to Adrian on my behalf for the vocal toned aggression I returned to him. The woman gave us a brief overview of what the program was so we stayed to hear the whole story. The presentation given by Adrian started that they had been in business for for over 20 years, they have special access to all the resort locations, cruise lines and tours as well as exotic locations with a personal concierge to arrange "the best" locations to go as well as - "I took my wife on a tour to Rome and when visiting the Coliseum we just by passed the line the regular tour groups who had paid thousands more and spent 4 hours in line, showed our badge and toured everything there before even half of them had got in."

It was amazing that it seemed the weakest salesperson there who had just started sat at a table with "potential customers" whereas the leader of the group would have Adrian who was assigned to us, be needed for something important at the other tables with what I suppose was other potential clients.

They used all the name brand cruise lines, resort names and hotel chains telling us they "owned" the other 51% of the properties of the time shared properties allowing them to offer such fantastic deals. With us Adrian was a very good salesman in that he consistanly asked for the sale, but because of our religion we couldn't we are not allowed to conduct business on the sabbath.

He eventually had the main "boss" come in to try to close the sale with us, but I asked to wait until after the sabbath to conduct business and he told us that if we didn't give him the check or credit card then that the deal was off and we were done. If I did it, I believe it was a great deal, over 7k less than the price and a Platinum Membership which never expired, unlike the basic plan which expired after 10 years at no extra cost.

What we were promised for attending this meeting was: $100 gift card to Walmart, $50 dining card, and a 3 day 2 night trip to any destination here in the US because we were a winner on the letter (the person who told us the gifts was Beth, who initally took our call to see what the flyer was about). It's ironic that I was spared this scam because as the boss there said, "You overthink this, it's a no brainer". I'm also thankful to my faith and following the commandment not to do business or make someone work on the Sabbath.
