I have been attempting to contact the American gun association regarding charges made to my credit card . The first phone number on my credit card was 5127824624. This number rang thru and on each option dialed, said "goodbye". The 2nd number was 5123663332 which gave you the same options as the first one .

I attempted to send them an e-mail 3 times at support.americangunassociation.com and it was undeliverable each time. I then contacted my credit card company after the 3rd charge was put on my account. and they stated that they would investigate and get back to me. In the meantime, I had to cancel the card and notify all my regular draws of the new czrd number.

This company is an obvious rip off and intent on only getting your card number and charging as much as it can til you stop it then they move to another number and start back up again. Internet users, beware!

I purchased a t shirt, off of facebook. The shirt was $6.95. I just checked my bank statement and it shows they also charged a $17.00 RECURRING membership fee.

This is a bogus site obviously!!!! I called two phone numbers one of them I waited on hold for over an hour and a half when it told me I only had a 10-minute wait in the beginning buy an hour and a half I had another 60 Minutes to wait right there says enough when it counts down and then goes back up and that type of up just plain stupid and fake I did not agree to a membership I had money taken out of my card today for this I tried to cancel immediately no response but my money was taken out you tell me the place wants to reply on here saying that they're not a scam....WHATEVER!!!! Best believe I'm getting the word out for people to steer clear from this they got me on Facebook and I will stop everybody I can from getting taking like I did

Back on April 8th, 2019 I ordered a tee shirt from internet...then for last 6 months have been billed 19.95 per month from agahelp.org... did not think much of it at first...thought it was something the wife had ordered.

I finally asked if she new what this charge was for.....she new nothing.....so I typed it in on the internet...found it was the american gun association and that they had been doing it to others as well.

After several attempts to get through to them...I got it cancelled today...10-7-2019...the non english speaking person on the other end would did not want to refund my money...so I am out about 120.00 dollars.

I feel this was dishonest and fraudulent.

Bought a Girondoni air rifle online 3/5/19 Air rifle for $150

Called early April for shipping date, was told 6 to 8 weeks from purchase now 11 weeks and no gun and they have stopped answering the phone.

Things must be getting hot for them since they stopped answering the phone.

Calling my bank today for dispute form!

It all started with a free shirt pay shipping ad on facebook. Wish i have done research first. Have been fighting them for 2 whole months the whole time they constantly taking money out my account. American gun association charged us $9 for a t-shirt then started charging $19.99/month to my amazon card. Two months later i called them and they insisted "the shirt is being processed." after another two weeks and a 3rd charge, i contacted my credit card company and they knocked all three charges off.

rifle case

I ordered the otter rifle case from American Gun Association on 3/20/18. AGA accepted my pymt from my cc & I received an email the case would be shipped in 7-10 business days. I emailed AGA on 4/13 requesting status of shipment. Was told very popular & on back order. To date (8/28/18), I have sent 5 emails requesting status of delivery & keep being told the case is on backorder. I request an expected date of delivery in my emails, which I never get. Im told those on the backorder list will be shipped first. Today I received a mass email from AGA offering the same rifle case to purchase. I emailed AGA & asked if that means my case is being sent since an ad has been emailed offering the case for purchase. AGA's response is the computer sends the emails & doesn't know the case is still on backorder. Why would a business offer a product it doesn't have? It angers me that AGA will accept money for an item they advertise that they don't have! Other complaints in this forum are calling AGA a scam. It has been 5 months, AGA has my money & I don't have a case. I believe it is a scam!

I bought a Hoffman-Richter knife from Family Protection Agency, a company that I have purchased from many times over the years, and 3 months later I catch a re occuring charge on my bank account from this company but could not think of any communication I had with them.

When I would call the number on my bank staement I would get a recording saying to call back during business hours (my calls were during those hours). When I would try to leave a message it would return me to the beginning of the recorded message.

I finally got a hold of them by calling the FPA and got most of my money returned.

Realisticly, if they keep a fraction of the money they took and gave nothing in return...nice little scam there. They offered or gave nothing for the 9.95 charge they took for 3 months. Not even an email thanking me for my money.

I ordered a "free" tshirt from American Gun Associacion on facebook (sree tshirt shipping was $6.95 & "free" hoodie shipping was $17.00). I pulled my bank starment up and saw that I was also charged by agahelp.org $19.95 then a second $29.95 that I did not authorize. I will be going to my bank and stopping any furure payments to both places !!!!

Contacted them right away after noticing the membership fee. I live chatted with someone and they said they cancelled my membership and should receive my refund in 3-5 days.

I bought a tshirt for $8.99 on 7/9/20. The arbitrary/ambiguous language on the order confirmation page and subsequent email seemed to indicate i was now a "member".

On 7/10/20 i phoned aga to confirm my status. They told me i had selected and clicked to become a member for $17 per month. I did not!

They said the debits had not processed and that i successfully cancelled everything. A confirmation email would he sent.

My bank said that aga had already processed the transaction and that my bank's fraud team stands ready to protect me from these scumbags.

I will further pursue how to report this criminal activity to the proper authorities...

Not happy

Been trying to get ahold of them to cancel my membership nobody's answering the phones! Still missing one thing that has not been shipped to us. Then they had me sign up with Family Protection Association can't get a hold of them either to cancel. So now I have to cancel my whole card and start over with a lot of other businesses that I have that card listed under what a hassle. No reason somebody shouldn't be able to answer phone even though it's covid-19 not a happy camper!

Poor communication, Awful processing

Ordered a T-shirt, sticker, and handgun safe from this website—after not getting any order confirmation or anything for a few weeks after making the payment, I reached out. SEVERAL times. Each time, I was assured that the order had been received and would be on its way within 6-8 weeks. Three months later, I’m writing back again because I STILL hadn’t received tracking information. They then told me that, despite their previous reassurances, the order never reached the warehouse, but the item would be on its way soon. A day later, I got a duplicate email saying the same thing about an error in their system except informing me that the item was now out of stock and they were giving me a refund. Three weeks later, still no refund, and they’re not giving me anything else to work with except “oh we sent it”, but based on everything else they’ve said, I’m reluctant to believe that. This has SCAM written all over it.

On 5/25/17 I ordered a T-Shirt (Order # 278632067) on May 21st, followed by another T-Shirt (Order # 278868800) June 1st 2017. I finally received one T-shirt around 7-10 days ago, but have not received the second one.

Then, today, a charge for $19.95 appeared on my bank account. I have no idea what this is supposed to be for, nor did I in any way authorize it!!

Not Right

I recently (2 weeks ago)ordered a Girandoni air rifle for $149.95 from AGA. rec'd in good order. Yesterday I received an email offering the exact rifle for $99.95. I emailed them asking for an explanation and requesting a refund of the $50 difference.

The copy in the ad in today's email is exactly the same the original email I ordered from. The video in yesterday's email is exactly the same as the prior email. So they are now selling a rifle for 99.95. 2 weeks ago it was on sale for 149.95. These are not stand up people. Beware.

Ripp off /scam

They charged my husband 9.95 x2 and $6.95. Then 13.95 all the same day. Then the next week charged him 19.95 once. Then a month later charged him 19.95 2 x's in the same day Then again a moth later same thing again $19.95 and so on. The unauthorized charges reached so far to 133.60. We have reported it to the bank and they are researching it. So do not trust this site. They are thieves.

I MADE A SATISFACTORY PURCHASE FROM AMERICAN GUN ASSO.(AGA). I PAID WITH A CREDIT CARD. I DID NOT READ ALL THE FINE PRINT. END RESULT IS I ENDED UP GETTING A $19.95 RECURRING CHARGE FOR SOME INFO LETTER OR SOME "GOOD DEAL", NONE OF WHICH I WANTED.

Came across this web site back in June- gunassociation.org- and checking cc statement find that they charged me $19.95 to Visit " THEIR." web site. Called cc company they tried to contact the rip-offs , but they would not answer phone. SCAM ARTISTS comes to mind.

I responded to a Facebook post about receiving a free t-shirt. The catch was you had to pay for the shipping. I thought that was the ONLY catch. I was very wrong. I also ordered a knife that they had for $14.85. I don't recall exactly what the ad said, but my order then 'registered' me as a 'member' which membership could be cancelled at any time.

I received my t-shirt and the knife, which my credit card was charged $9.95 for the t-shirt shipping and $14.85 for the knife. Then about a week later my credit card was charged for $19.95. I had never actually went onto their website to "logon", but I tried to call them to tell them that if this was a registration fee for something to cancel it immediately and return my $19.95 to my credit card; but when I called their telephone number I was put on hold for over an hour. I immediately sent them an email telling them that I did not recall authorizing any membership, but that they needed to immediately cancel the membership and return my $19.95 to my credit card otherwise I was going to contact my bank. I contacted my bank anyway for the form to fill out for the charge to be contested. In the meantime, I have sent them a total of 4 emails and still have not heard back from them.

Tomorrow I will be filling the form out for my bank and hopefully will be refunded the $19.95 they charged me for this "membership", I also hope they don't try to charge my card again. I also plan on putting a comment on their Facebook page, but assume they will probably hide or delete that off their Facebook page.

I ordered a. Tee shirt for my son one month ago to date I have received nothing .This company is ripping people off on a daily basis something should be done to stop them. I for one am living on a fixed income and can't afford to be ripped off.
