I had purchased a 2015 Kia Forte from these people on 07/14/2020 It was towed to amoco auto repair shop 0n 07/18/2020. they called me 2 weeks later told me my car was fixed to come get it. went and picked it up the next day had it towed back to the same place 2 more weeks went by said it was electrical needed a new wiring harnes and fuse relay box, they stated they could not do the work it had to go to an electrical repair shop they had it towed to the Kia dealer of Chattanooga, they had my car 3 weeks i was called to go pick it up they had to jump start my car before i could even take it. I was told by american financial to drive it home i did they very next day I was on the phone with American FInancial and phoned them 62 times ( phone Records of proof) John Called me the next day and said they will have someone come tow my car.

The tow company came and they didnt even know where they were going to tow it to...the next day beings it was after hours i had to call around for my car to see where it was...to top it off when i went to get the car initial purchase i asked about a carfax on the car.. i was told that all the cars they sell are fleet cars and it had a clean carfax. while after all this mess i decided to purchase my own car fax to learn it was not a clean car fax so they lied to me.. i brought this to there attention and no response... All there cars are auction cars most of them are flood cars.i have lost money with these people and it is interfering with my health due to i need a vechile for medical reasons..

it is September 15/2020 and i still dont have my car when you call them it takes days and numerous voice mails before the call you back and when they do call you back they are very nasty , ignorant and rude ...the only way i could get some one to call me back is going through the person who sold me the car...that dont work anymore because he has informed me that he has to stay out of it. i had requested that i be refunded my 2500 and i will go else where and i was told they do not give refunds that they will switch me out into another car a car of there choice well i am sorry if i am paying 25000 for a 8000 dollar car i want what i want...then i got a call saying no i had to keep this piece of dodo car.. i have to continue paying for a car i do not have posession of...

They did put me in a rental then was called by Denise in the warranty department telling me i had to return the rental saying they tracked my car through GPS and it showed it was at my address. I had to laugh because it hasnt been at my home for a long long time...she GPSed it again and read off the address and it was the dealership....these people need to be bought out by people who actually care about there customers and what is going on these people have no clue ....all they want is your MONEY ....these people need to be shut down and i know for a fact i am not the only one who is having this issue with these people....never in my life have i ever had to go through this with anything....

My payments were misapplied and I have sent proof from statements to my bank wanting a conference call with the supervisor. Kirsha Reeves my account rep will not respond with the supervisor information but she will continue to have her reps contact me.

Two payments have been misapplied! I have been going back and forth for 3 days now and still can't speak with anyone over Mrs. Reeves. They have debited my account and now the money is missing.
