I am very disapointed in the way that Yuri G of American Eagle Bank conducted himself when I tried to resolve a loan situation he was rude and threatening also he proforms like a child. He should not be working for a bank that lies. he also did not know that I have reports stating that I only owe 2,189.00on the loan. I have proof and will be sending the bank paperwork of my proof also I will try in good faith to resole this to get it off my credit report. They will find out that the are messing with a person who knowa the ;law and willnot be intimidates thats all I have on this for now Leslie D
First off the customer service for this bank is extremely rude! I pay this auto loan through my banks bill payments system, they send a check on a scheduled date and this system tells me when they have received the check. In this case I scheduled the check to be sent on 12-6-15 and received on 12-11-15 well on a number of occasions the check is not cashed till 12 -17-15 the exact day American eagle bank can charge a late fee. I had brought this to there attention last year in December and I was told well maybe we didn't get the check cause of the holidays or they may have miss placed the check. How is that my fault? I feel this American eagle bank is holding checks so they can charge late fees, bogus!!!
