I am writing this statement to clear my name of any wrong-doing or ill intent. Randi Dorante falsely accused me, Mindy P Krejci, and my mother, Barbara Krejci, of bank fraud, withdrawing money from an account, being a psychic fortune tellers, and are in the occult. This is defamation, libel, malice, and she has caused me and my family emotional distress. When she was my leasing agent she promised to return my refund in writing, on the phone, and said the same thing to Officer Gilbert of the Richland Police Department of Washington State. She never returned the refund, changed the story, threatened me, and that is fraud. As God as my witness, I will tell the truth, the whole truth, so help me God. My mother and I own no businesses, are not psychic fortune tellers, have taken no money from any accounts, and are not in the occult. I have never been sued by American Cosigners, Multi-Family Cosigners, Trust Alliance Apartment Cosigners, or Capetian Ministries. There are no service papers, no court filings, and, no court records. The websites of these companies not only say this is true, which is a lie, but that the news covered it. There are no news stories about this situation. This is also defamation, libel, and malice. Mia (last name might be Nguyen) has an Indiana phone number, . Lisa Rossi aka Summer Rain Rossi, Summer Rossi, and Summer Rain is in New Jersey, . These two ladies know Julia ranks above them but will not discuss who ranks over Julia. I called Mia about my refund to be returned in early August. When I told Julia that I called Mia, Julia snapped at me," Don't call Mia. You only work with me!" Neither one so far has done anything to help me or influence their boss to not be a crook and return my refund. These ladies both know that I have been cyber bullied, defamed, my personal info put online publicly, sexually harassed and sent death threats. I sent them all copies of Julia's emails to me and so far, sadly, they have done nothing to help me. Please help bring this fraudulent company and these three criminals to justice! They are affiliated with American Cosigners and can only be reached through American Cosigners , 866-311-2130, 866-311-2130 ext702, 856-214-6309, www.americancosigners.com. I wired 2296.00 to their address (listed in this report) to the Ladera Ranch Bank of America. Julia Daniels aka Wendy Miles, Randi Natashi, and Randi Dorante is the only person you can get a hold of. I managed to talk to a Lisa Rossi aka Summer Rain Rossi,Summer Rain, and Summer Rossi at 856-214-6309, but she wouldn't help me. Be careful. These people lie, deflect questions, threaten you, and have no remorse for taking people's money for services that were NEVER provided.
July 2017, I signed a contract with American Cosigners and wired money to Commercial Services Corp to get a cosigner for a new apartment. Contract said after 10 days if I don't have an apartment, I get a full refund by check. The first apartment complex didn't want to work with American Cosigners. We tried a second. By early August, I cut ties with American Cosigners as I could no longer move. They said I'll get my refund at the end of August. I'm then told to email Equity Risk Services. They refused to give me a phone number. ERS said I'll now get my refund as a gift card and to give them my mailing address . Red flag and contract violation. I contact them several times in Sept. By the 20th, I am promised a phone call to discuss the delay. No call Thursday or Friday even though I called, texted, and emailed. By the 22nd, they accused me of harassment, called me crazy, said I had mental issues, and threatened a lawsuit.
They said they would not pay the refund and they would see me in court. All I did was beg for help to get 2296.00 back that was over a month overdue! The Better Business Bureau has an alert out on them for using their name without permission. Repeated tries to tell them to remove BBB from the American Cosigners website have been ignored. An anonymous employee on the Comparably site said "they steal people's money and tell us to lie to people. "
