Went in to this tax preparation business to get my taxes done over a month ago. Worked with Dena Snyder. She told me it was going to be completed later that day on March 6th, 2017. I paid for the services that day. Over a month later, after over 5 phone calls with no resolution, they tell me to go somewhere else. I have waited for over a month to have them complete this job and have also spent a ton of time trying to get them to do it. Every time i call they say they will get back to me. The total job they need to do should take no more than a half hour to an hour. I really wish i went somewhere else. I writing this complaint because she told my friend the exact same thing and we are both here with no resolution. She was supposed to do an ammendment (which was her idea) for both of us, and hasnt done anything. Please go elsewhere for your tax needs.
