I put $4000.00 Down on a $7000.00 vehicle and nine days later the front portion kof the undercarriage dropped down and began to drag on the ground. I took the vehicle back to Always Approved Auto to be fixed and never saw the vehicle again. I took Always Approved Auto to court and told the judge everything that happened. I won the court case but the dealership picked up and moved. They are so dishonest.
In Aug I went to car dealership by the named of Everybody Approved auto. I had a conversation prior with a guy named BOB I had obtained his information off Craigslist. I went on on 08/15/2015. I met with Bob then shortly met with Scott Dupras I explained I had been around to more than one car lot and all had given me a hard time because of my credit. I explained how I had a vehicle that was leaking transmission fluid and explained that I had tried to get the car repaired paid someone who had not fixed it and was just in need of a reliable vehicle I was nervous. I confirmed I had the 600 bucks as discussed over the phone. No one never told me no refunds no where verbally. I gave my money Scott explained that the car I had interest in had a oil leak and would not be ready. He gave me a loaner. It was a 1997 Grand Cherokee. I made sure I gave proof of my insurance. I left off the lot. I kept it until Tueday Aug 18th I picked up my vehicle and he drew up all the paperwork. He explained the bank would call me and that I had to pay him cash with 30 to 45 days for a plate. I as well sat down and called my insurance company got them to add the vehicle and fax a declaration into confirm it.
After driving off the lot and putting gas in it the check engine light came on I figured they were gone. I got a friend to check it out male friend soon as he put it in gear it cut off we restarted it. After work on Aug 19th I took it to Auto Zone to read the code it just gave engine misfire. I looked under the hood and there was a spark plug wire loose. I took back to the shop. Me and one of the salesmen George went with me to AutoZone. He ended up charging one spark plug wire.On the 20th AC stopped working but had an emergency with my mother couldnt make it back . I noticed that the lights on overhead were being held up with pennies. On friday I went by and told them about the ac unit. The charged it on the 21st The ac lasted for one day. On Saturday Aug. 22 nd I was attempting to go to an interview on the highway on my way there car started loosing speecd. I called them told them I would be over and the AC was not working again.
On my way leaving my interview I was on my way there to shop I decided to get footage of me on the highway stalling while foot on the gas. I arrived sat for 2 hours and they joked around that was fine I as well let Scott talk to customers although my safety has just been compromised. 2 of them test drove my car. The owner and I got in the car did not loose speed. But we did not drive far nor hit the highway. So I drove away unsafe car home again and no AC. It was then I took a picture it reads no refunds on Aug.22nd I was upset but just left I didnt mention it to them. I asked for a loaner he stated he did not have one that was not a stick. I explained I did not know how to drive one. The car jerked so 08/23/2015 I got a friend to follow me to drop the car off. 08/24/2015 I was upset I had consulted with my attorney on steps to take. When I arrived Scott had a Saturn. Before I pulled off the lot I saw that water lots of it was on the passenger side floor. I turned back around. One of the staff vaccuumed it out. Later I saw that the Saturn AC unit was leaking water. I didnt complain.
On Thursday 08/272015 I got a call from Scott that my car was ready. I went over and I went to my car cut on the AC and it was still blowing hot I notified him. Finally 08/28/2015 arrives they claim my car is ready. I arrive and I am upset I tell him I know it’s something wrong. I began to , cry and hysterical I show him my arm I explained it I know it wasn’t fixed yesterday and he had told me verbally that I could swap cars if one was available if anything happened to my car. The bank claim there was no surrender. I was going to do a voluntary surrender until they explained it would be a voluntary repossession and he was not going to refund me and I would be without transportation. I called other dealership they said the repo would cause me not to be able to get finance a car for at least 3 months and major amount of money down. I am upset because I knew in my heart something was still wrong when I looked in the car and saw the floor wet of the 2005 Grand Prix. I drove off AC was cold. On the morning of 08/29 there was NO AC. I go back to the shop and test it I use the highway on the way over car looses speed. I hurry to the shop. Owner is all calm I never threaten him but tell him I am going to report him to every agency I can and that he stole my money and is a pure crook. I as well explain I looked at his reviews and his car company is going to get into big trouble. I did use some curse words to get my point across. I dont think anyone would have been calm considering the circumstance.
I explained on 08/28 and 08/29 that I was in a car accident before that left my arm fractured in 4 places and broke it at the elbow. He sold me a malfunctioning car and I want my money back. I as well see that he has a criminal record for grand theft so that further lets me know he does things illegally. He claims that he would talk to the bank about swapping for the Saturn but I was like that floods with ac working. Since then I contacted dept. Of motor vehicles the company was recognized for other violations but they win selling me a lemon. I am majorly upset because I want to return it and they get to make me loose the $600 I put down the 286 dollar car payment I have made and he is going to put a repossession on my credit. All I want is my car fixed returning it will cause me a repossession worsenign my credit and causing it to be hard for me to finance.
