Jackie Royal is the office personal who is probably one of the most nastiest rude people I have ever come across. asked her for paperwork to correct these errors she hung up the phone... not once but 4 different times. they were questioned and they will not respond. take your chances and your 500 dollars 1 hr phone call meeting elsewhere... waisted a bunch of time and money to only end up frustrated. contacted Florida bar and am going to pursue this.
