I called the company to get an RA# if I wasn't satisfied with the product as it said on my purchase receipt. Mind you I didn't even open the product. I got an RA#, returned th eproduct in mid June, they show record of receiving the product back on June 22, 2015.
I called on August 25, 2015 to see where my refund was and the representative Joseph advised that it takes up to 50 days to proces a refund at which time more than 50 days had lapsed. Joseph advisd that he would be sending an email to the Financial Department to advise them that I still hadn't received my refund. He asked me to call back at the end of the week.
It's now August 31, 2015 and he gave me the same song and dance, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that they don't take phone calls that they are merely there to make sure he is doing his job. So at this point I guess I just have to wait and hope that they will refund my money. Bad business practice. Never buy from this company.
I was in the hospital for a week when they were delivered,i didnt even know they came in for clise to two weeks. When i opened the package,there was a bill dor 75.00 for each creme. minus the 4.95 each i had already paid.and i had two weeks to return to keep from paying the whole p Dr ice for each.oh and get this.in order to get your money back after thr trial period.they could bot be opened,they had to be in there original box unopened.ok my cremes were still in boxes,unopened.i called the day i opened packafe,but the main one was one day past two weeks so i was charged 75,minus the 4.95 on my bank card.i got return numbers,had to pay almoat 15.00 to return.i called later and they had rwceived them back.on May 21,2015 they told me i was to be reembursed for the 75..00 minus the 4.95 for the one creme,within 51 working days.ok ir is now Aufust 12,2015,now when i call they say all they can do is put down i called and i will receive cc it as soon as they can get it to me..I asked for a manager or someone in authority to speak try o.I was informed they had no one they talj to.its done on internet and the ct ompany checked i every 24 hours.I couldnt afford that money taking out of myaccount.i was led to believe it was a free sample and if i wanted to order,more i could order by callung.I have been scammed.I want my money back.help!!!!!
Aloevella was sent back there products,but took money out of my bank account.they owe me 69.05. They keep telling me irs being looked at.This was May 21,2015.Now it is August 12,2015 I still have. Not. Received my money back into my account.Im on disabikuty,Ive been ripped off.
