This person is completely unreliable. I used her for a banquet that our schools cheerleading booster club, a non profit organization, hosted for the cheerleaders. She arrived late the day of the event for setup and also arrived unprepared. We had to make adjustments to my original order because she didn't have the supplies necessary to fulfill my order. I had supplied the deposit of $100 from my personal account due to this person needing the funds ASAP. The booster club does not have a debit card or credit card that can be used so most expenses are covered by the board members who then reimburse themselves.
When I wrote the final check, i mistakenly wrote the check for the entire amount of the order instead of deducting the $100 deposit. While this was my mistake, it was an honest one and one that anyone can make. I asked for the additional funds to be refunded. Barbara agreed and stated that she mailed a check to the school. The check never arrived. When I questioned Barbara about it, she stated that she did not have the funds and that I needed to wait for the return of these funds. This went on for 3 months. I have yet to receive a refund. Finally, I questioned whether or not the check was ever written and then Barbara became offensive towards me.
I simply questioned it because after 3 months of hearing excuse after excuse as to why she could not provide me a refund i couldn't understand why the funds were used to begin with if she had truly written the check. When a check is written , the funds should be available in the checking account to cover the amount. Since she continued to give excuses as to why she didn't have it, it became apparent to me that I would never receive a refund. Barbara stated to call me names via Facebook messenger and was vulgar towards me. After seeing some other complaints about her, I now regret ever reaching out to her. Please avoid her at all costs. It's not worth the hassle.

We discussed what I wanted via text and by phone as well as by messenger she provide it me with beautiful pictures and I was very excited, she email me the contact and she also requested a deposit for $75.00 which I mailed to her and she cashed it.
The day of the event she never showed up I called her and left her several phone messages, I texted her several times l, she replied saying that her son was almost at my house it was a lie no one ever showed up. I have been calling her, I’ve messaged her via messenger and I’ve texted her she never responded to any of my messages. She stole my money DO NOT USE ALLY’S Air she’s a FRAUD!
I contacted this company to receive a quote for a character appearance for a fundraiser for a large, nationally known non-profit organization fundraiser related to cancer research funding. I contacted someone from the company via Facebook as their website was not working. The response I got for 2 characters to appear at a 3 hour event was $700. I thanked the responder for the quote but let them know it was out of my budget and would not make financial sense from an ROI standpoint. The responder then proceeded to ask me about my budget to which I replied I would like to pay no more than $100 per character. The response I received was as follows:
"I see, so you want a princess to work in heat for three hours for $100, after make up, hair style, our candy we give or offer each child they pose for.. ? So like $30 an hour.. I'm sorry that's just not a realistic payment for time required. But ty for thinking of us.
And then taxes paid on that.. We'd end up with 0.. and with an hour away we'd actually end up in the negative...
I think you should ask a middle school child and rent the costume... oh no the costume is $65 rental... hmmm"
This is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend contacting this company as it is clearly run but a greedy idiot who can't type let alone donate time to a worthy cause. A simple, we cannot accomodate that budget would have sufficed. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
