Allumiere RIPPED ME OFF!!!! These Liars told me I was to pay only shipping of $2.95 but they charged my card for $2.95, $4.95, $6.95, $24.95. I have yet to even see any product. It's extremely impossible to get anyone on the phone to answer questions and get refunded. Today , I noticed my card charged $98 & $97 dollars for the products I DID NOT receive saying it is past my 14 day trial period. These people and this company are liars. The numbers that I have for contacts state they're 3rd party answering services and they DO NOT have a direct number for Allumiere. This is crazy. This is sad that they can get away with this. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

LIKE ALL THE OTHER COMPLAINTS I HAVE SEEN ON THE REPORTS RIP OFF WEBSITE THEY REMOVED 95.00 FORM MY ACCOUNT FOR A PRODUCT I CANCELLED. I PAID 4.95 FOR THE TRIAL THRU A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WHO I ASKED ABOUT THE PRE TRAIL TERMS AND WAS NOT TOLD I NEEDED TO CALL TO CANCEL IN ORDER TO NOT RECEIVE ANYMORE CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT. SO I CALLED BACK ABOUT 20 DAYS LATER TO VERIFY AND WAS TOLE I WAS CHARGED 95.00 FOR ANOTHER SHIPMENT OF THIS CRAP THAT DOSENT WORK. SOOOO PISSED OFF TOTAL SCAM.

I was on Facebook one day and came across an add for a free sample of Allumiere-Niuvella anti aging serum. I paid for shipping which was $4.95. And I have been charged $89.50 for the past 4 months. I did not order this product nor do I want it, I have no way to get ahold of this company.

An online article about Angelina Jollie's divorce with Brad Pitt led me to an ad that connects Jollie to this Allumiere product. By the way the article was written, they made it look like Jollie owned the company. There was a link to a risk free trial of the product that assured the reader that only shipping and handling will be paid. Nothing more.

The whole ordering process will ask you to get the free trial Allumiere serum plus shipping. After completing that, a pop-up will say that your order is not complete and asks that you inlcude the other free trial on the Allumiere cream, then another free trial on the Allumiere eye cream. I managed to decline the last, but ended up paying a $4.95 and $6.95 for shipping on the first two. The last charge was a little tricky because I missed it and just realized there was an extra charge after they sent me the confirmation email. This was for a $2.95 shipping assurance. Total: $14.85 for two items.

I received the products in the mail, but soon realized that the product I thought to be free trials were not free afterall. My credit card was charged of $98.41 and $97.41 for items I did not order. I called the number attached to the details of the charge in my card and found out that I was charged of the two (supposedly FREE) items. The person who answered my call said that when I ordered for the free trial, I signed up on a monthly subscription of the product. This is the part that I am TOTALLY disputing. First, when I ordered the free trial, there was nothing in the webpage that says that I should agree or sign up to any subscription. Second, there was nothing that informed me about the retail price or amount of the products for me to agree any subscription to it. Third, there was no notification that I will be billed within a certain of time other than the shipping charges that I agreed to pay for the free trial.

same thing

Exact same scam happened to us. They credited the $97.41 but said the $98.41 would be credited by check. When we call we get a bunch of hard to understand gibberish and they call back with ID AMDA College. BofA CC said wait for check. Very frustrating,

In January of 2018 I was interested in the Allumiere Serum which I saw via the internet. They offered a free sample to try and if interested then to order the product. Allumire Serum is meant to improve facial wrinkles so I thought I would try it.

In order to receive the free sample one had to pay shipping and handling for a small amount (around $2) and provide your credit/debit card number so they could complete the transaction.

The Allumiere Serum sample arrived around the third week in January. Then on February 22, 2018 I received another bottle of the serum and they billed me for $94.20 through my credit/debit card. I then indicated to them via the internet I had not oreder the secon bottle. They asked me to provide my customer ID #, my name, my address, my phone number and e-mail so they could locate my account.

Despite numerous attempts to cancel this fraud, they continued to respond indicating they could not find my account, but meanwhile they sent another bottle of the serum on March 22,2018 and they billed me again $94.20 so for a total of $188.40.

At that point in time I knew this was fraud, so I had to cancel my bank account attached to the debit card as well as the debit card itself. Needless to say that is a major inconvenience as I had to notify my satelite radio account for a change in card # as well as mobile phone company, Amazon Prime, etc.

These people should all be put in jail! I can only imagine the number of people that are taken with this gimmick.

The more people know about it, the better. They should be sued for fraud!

Thank you.

I read an advertisement of Allumiere, the antiaging cream online, explaining that they would send me a free sample of the product and only be charged the shipping payment. Nowhere did it say that I would be charged after 30 days if I kept the product or automatically billed for it etc. I checked these details carefully before going ahead and made sure, as I am a marketer and am well aware of these tactics. I have no problem with this tactic if it is clearly stated.

They also tried to get me to purchase another product on top of Allumiere (can't remember the name now - Novelle or something like this) and I declined this offer. However, they still processed it as if I had actually accepted the offer.

I did receive both products and thought nothing of it since they were only free samples. Only to find that they actually charged me twice on two separate dates about a month later. Once for $103 US and another time for $109 US (I am assuming these are the 2 products that they have charged me for but have no idea really???). That is a total of US $212 gone from my account that I did not authorise. I am furious - they should be shut down. This is DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL. They are not transparent with their marketing.

I too had to cancel my card to ensure that they do not take any further money out. Luckily for me, it was my Travelcard only and not my Mastercard, and so it did not affect anything else. Otherwise, it would have been a HUGE INCONVENIENCE as I would have had to get a new MasterCard and all the hassle of changing automatic payments that I process with this card.

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY OR PRODUCT!!!

On Oct 22, 2017 I saw a come on for a skin care product that they claim was sweeping the market, and millions of wemen are crazy about the product called Allumiere Skin Care. I found this product on the Doctoroz.com web site. It said, order a free trial and all you have to pay if shipping. Okay the product came with no shipping slip or invoice, nothing but a small bottle. The product was terrible, caused my skin to burn and then itch for days.

Then the charges to my credit card came in showing they were charging me for a 30 day supply for $103.00. Charged before I gave it a good trail.

I serched the internet for this company to complain, I could not find any information to contact them. I then noticed that there were a lot of people online trying to get in touch with this company to complain about the charges to their credit cards. Advice was to call my credit card company and stop the charge process. I then cancelled the credit card, and was issued a new card and a new account number.

The credit card company said they would stop the charge, and file a inquiry.

I can't remember seeing anything that said, you may cancel at any time. Their product is crap and I don't use it.

I have never received any shipments other than the trial bottle. I was advised to just return the shipment if they did send a monthly supply.

The credit card company also recommended that I call the Allumiere phone number and cancel the membership, Thankfully they had phone numbers for me to call. I called on 1-15-18 and the agent could not find my account. Then when I said I had a complaint filed with my credit card company, they found me? The agent said they would send me a cancellation email within 24-48 hours, It is now 1-21-18 and I have never received the email showing my membership cancellation.

Plain & simple - I have been scammed! On January 1st, I first saw the add on Facebook saying that the Dragons on the TV show Dragons Den bought into this idea of face cream & serum. Free samples is an understatement!! When I filled out the online form, I was only wanting 1 product but You could ONLY confirm the order by agreeing to get another product as well! Only to pay shipping 4.95 + 6.95 + 2.95 (expedited mail). I figured I would at least try the products for that price.

Today - I noticed 2 debits to my account 1 for $133.09 from Unbridle Wrinkle Serum; and $131.00 from Bullseye Antiwrinkle Serum. I called my bank to lodge as dispute as unauthorized purchases. When I emailed both companies, I received a response from support at Allumaire Cosmetics! When I phoned Allumaires number - I was on hold for approx 10 minutes and when someone finally answered & I said hello - I heard cluck & hung up!

I will keep calling to see what resolution they will come up with! Definitely a huge scam as no mention in the description or sign up page of any additional charges! I am angry at myself being taken for a fool & these companies need to be stopped!

Saw an ad for this supposedly wonderful face cream with a free trial offer for $1 you pay shipping and handling. They used Kate Middleton princess as a ploy saying that her skin look this wonderful because she uses product. So I use the services for a free trial offer pay the shipping and handling 4 days later received package, they charged my card 2.95 Plus 6.95 for product I didn't order and didn't receive. Three days later they charge my credit card $98 Plus. Call customer service said my free trial offer turned out not to be so free!!! Customer service rep would not give me the opportunity to speak kept interrupting me said she would extend my free trial offer said didn't want this free trial offer and to cancel any further shipments that I did not order. She just kept telling me I'll give you an extended 30 days free trial this company is a total scam. Had to get my credit card company involved so they would no longer take out any more charges it's been a nightmare so please stay away from this company from this company

  • Jan 6, 2018

I clicked on a link of facebook, thinking I was going to get a free trial of the product. I was charged 11.95 on my credit card for delivery. However, when I got the product it was a 30 day supply but didn't know I would be facing more charges on my credit card. I had found an email address and sent it to them asking why this is happening. They didn't really explain why they have falsely advertised the product, but gave me a return address to send it too. I was even offered a 50% off to try the product.

However, the return address is different than the address that was on the package I got. I have sent another email to them requesting them to tell me what I am suppose to do to return the product. I don't want to pay for shipping costs on something that isn't even my fault. I have no idea if they will respond back to me now as I haven't received an email confirmation from them.

I might need to go to my bank and get a new card so I won't face any other charges ASAP.

Contacted company because I never received the product - I also cancelled my card before they could make any unauthorized charges. It took me forever to find the correct contact number and when I did, I was continually lied to regarding the shipment. I spoke with a man named Abraham Neal - I am sure this is not his real name - asked where I could send a certified letter requested my shipping charges be refunded.... he kept repeating an address of 40 E Main Street in Newark DE - This is a UPS shipping store He said I could not get a refund on shipping since they did ship and it was just too bad - he then asked for my card number and I refused to give that info - he then proceeded to tell me my account was cancelled because my card on file was declined - he asked for a new card to re-establish my account. Really? I explained once again I never received the product. I also informed him I cancelled the card because of their scamming behavior. Told him that they would never be able to charge my card. Do not give them your information. I do not want this product. This is truly a scam. Telephone number - 888-801-2785 - contact number for Allumiere

  • Dec 21, 2017

Advertised free sample without making it clear that one was agreeing to continued product billed at regular price, then sent more product, billed credit card, and would not issue refund.

Googled Avila for free sample and was taken to website that turned out to be Allumiere, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Ordered "free sample" and was charged shipping. Realized mistake and called to cancel order. Was told I'd receive a refund of $2 and never did. Also charged $4.95 twice as I later ordered a "free sample" of Avila Serum from Louisville, CO 80027, 866-921-7393.

I think these are the same rip off scams as the bottles are identical except for different labels, addresses and phone number. Both imply you are signing up for future product and have to cancel to avoid continued product and billing but this is not stated anywhere on any document: paper or email or shipping enclosure.

Trail Allumiere for $4.97 purchased at LAV*GOOGCAREEYECREME 11/10/ 7;15 AM and they added in another $3.03 for ourexpertsguide 11/10 7;14 AM. Automactically before I purchased the Trail. After clicking the trail it AUUTOMACTICALLY ADDED THE OTHER PRODUCT. shipped both in the same box. Then I kept calling to cancel they said I couldn't. That the product was breaking my skin out like a rash. And I received another charge for 105..58.For purchase for ourexpertsguide 11/24 at 7;04 AM. Which also AUTOMACATICALLY COMES TO MY PHONE. I called for a refund that I would be sending their product back. They said they would cancel my order but I can't get my MONEY back. I want my money back and I would like to be included in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Allumiere anti-aging cream is a farse set up on Facebook to scam innocent people out of thier hard earned money do not fall for the Free offer! Especially if someone wants security via a credit or debit card! My bank stopped them in thier tracks thank God! But it could have been so much worse. As of tomorrow though I've now got to fight the unauthorized charges. I had to cancel my card. I believed I had cancelled a sale instead they took my account and ran with it! Beware people!

  • Nov 16, 2017

The product is advertised as a free trial promotion that all we are supposed to pay for is shipping and handling, I was charged for the shipping and handling on each product and then received it with no problem, however, 2 weeks later a received a charge for $109 on my account and the 2 days later, I received a second charge for $103. I called the number that was listed on my bank statement and the person told me that it's a free trial but you have to call and cancel it within 14 days or you will be charged. There was not anything on the website that stated this at all, so basically, there was nothing free at all and they charge you over a hundred dollars a bottle, I was charged around $220 for a face cream and night serum. They told me there is no way to get my money back, but if I don't cancel, the next one will only cost $59, instead of $109.

Allumiere Review

I agree with all of the other negative reviews of this company's scam. They should be thoroughly investigated by the proper authorities. At my age (73) I should have known better and read the reviews before ordering their products. If something seems to be too good to be true, it more than likely isn't.

  • Sep 4, 2017

I ordered a "14 day free trial" from this company. I didn't even want the eye cream but I couldn't seem to order just the skin cream without also ordering the eye serum. When it arrived, the jar was so small, I didn't even open it and tried to find out how to return it. It had come in a plain Manila envelope without any phone number or address. The eye cream arrived a few days later again in a Manila envelope without any way to contact th company. I went online again and found a company website and sent a message to them saying I wanted to return it and didn't want to b charged. I asked o cancel. I did not r Clive a reply but thought the matter was settled. When I received my credit card bill, I found th charge for both and Finally, an actual phone number. I called the company and they told me I hadn't followed the proper channels to cancel the order. The person finally offered me a 50 percent off on the product which I foolishly accepted not realizing that then my cr did card company probably wouldn't help me get the rest of it refunded. I am just one of hundreds of reports on this company. Do not get sucked into buying this. The free trial is anything but.

Biggest scam ever

Same thing happened to me only I called to cancel on the 14 th day. I was told that i ordered on Aug 4 @ 11:04 pm and my 14 day trial ended on Aug 17. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to add and come up with 13 days. When I told them that I was recording the call, they decided to email me a cancellation notice which I forwarded to my bank, and refund 35% of the charges. Impossible to get a full refund, but no further charges will be coming through. They have several different websites and it took me 2 hours to finally get the actual Allumiere website which is: www.allumiereskincare.com; www.allumiereserum.org. My bank gave me a contact number listed under Datin Health LLC: 866-425-6994; and KS Health LLC: 866-733-5099. Be prepared to battle with these people. They cut you off and keep repeating the same thing over and over...until you tell them you're recording the call. At that point, you get transferred to a supervisor. Good luck

  • Aug 3, 2017

Ordered two products for my wife to try. Was for shipping only ($11). 14 days after order placed they billed my credit card $97 and $98. "Trial period over". Customer service is busy fielding complaints, I could barely hear the person. RIPOFF.

  • Jul 25, 2017

Then tjey charged my card $93 again when I never ordered this product. They are a complete ripoff. I requested my money back in May ,10, to be exact and I HAVEN'T received anything yet. These people keep lying to me and I'm sick and tired of it. Something needs to be done before someone goes to that company and gets their money back and more.

  • Jul 25, 2017

After ordering a free sample after 10 days they charged you for the product which was 97.00 and 98.00. Then the next month they charged the same amount again but they never sent any product.

  • Jul 24, 2017

i ordered trail size for $4.95..then the next month they billed me $98.41 for an order I didn't order..i never received anything...and they still won't refund my money.. Ripp off.

  • Jul 22, 2017

I tried a sample and was charged fee. If I did not want auto ship I was to contact within 14 days. I did. requested no auto ship used their email address provided. They charged my account any way for 98.41. I called to have charge removed. They were rude, yelled and gave some other email address they said I should have used. I checked, that emial doesn't exist.

They said you wil receive a refund for total amt of 94.41 3-5 days and gave me trans#3708192071. later got email that said amt would be 34.00. when i called, one hung up John. Tried again woman yelled over backnoise and said refund would be a %. They outright lied, arrogant, rude and scammers of the worst kind. I have never dealt with a more dishonest group ever!

  • Jul 20, 2017

TOTAL RIPOFF - MAJOR SCAMMING FROM THESE GUYS - WATCH OUT

I don't even know when I ever ordered anything. I received two tiny little jars of hydrofirming cream with what I thought were invoices that represented $1.00 - just thought, "okay" - and didn't think much of it after that.

THEN noticed that I had two charges on my Visa; one for $97.41 and one for $98.41 !!!!! WHAT ? - The charges came through my charge card under "Stark Eye Cream" (never heard of them). So - just under $200 - for two puny jars - NOT EVEN EYE CREAM - for which I was charged ??? Called the numbers shown on the charge - and (again, this company wouldn't identify themselves) - and they SAY they're crediting me 35 % - SO.... I still paid $140 ???? for NOTHING - maybe some stupid hydrofirming cream - for $140.oo

  • Jul 19, 2017

I ordered and agreed to ONLY a shipping charge to test this product... they now bill me every month and say they will not discontinue or refund me... this is the biggest SCAM.... I am disputing with the credit card company and am outraged by their lack of business ethics.

  • Jul 18, 2017

I ordered a trial of the allumiere collagen and allumiere hydrofirm. I paid $14.85 total. This was for a thirty day trial so i thought. When i checked my june statement i was charged $195.82. Upon calling the 1 800 number the manager said she could only give me 30% back. This what hard to believe - i do no remember seeing fine print that said i would be charged. This is so disappointing!

  • Jul 11, 2017

Just like report #1377989 Priscilla. I clicked on a free trial button for Allumiere anti-aging cream. I got charged handling and shipping charges. When the cream arrived, there was no information about how to return it or a bill stating that I would be charged & $103.13 and $107.12 for keeping the cream.

I never authorized this or was warned of the fact that I would be charged!! There was no contact information sent with the product. Search the internet and try and find a number? A site with contact? I was ripped off and out $220! I had to cancel my debit card.

THe cream made my roscea worse. Please take back your cream and give me my $ back!

  • Jul 7, 2017

A free offer was made to receive skin care products...just pay shipping. Several weeks later my account that I used to pay shipping is charged $195.82 because just pay shipping doesn't mean just pay shipping. I cancelled my account immediatly and pursued return of the charges through my bank. When that failed, I went back to Allumiere and asked for a refund and they denied it. I am interested in being a part of a class action lawsuit.

  • Jun 21, 2017

Responded to an ad on Facebook for this anti-aging skin cream. Product claimed to be backed by HGTVs Joanna Grimes. The ad stated receive a 30 day sample for cost of shipping which was $4.95. They also recommended another skin product, again as a sample, to go along with the first product for an additional $6.95. I ordered both and the correct charge was made to my credit card. I was not aware of any additional charge after so much time or a continuing "subscription". If there was some language to that effect it was well hidden. I just received my latest credit card statement and there are two charges. One for about $97.86 and one for $98.86. I was shocked!!!! I immediately called my credit card company to block the charges. I was told they've received many complaints about this company but there's nothing they can do because their well hidden terms say if you don't respond back to them in 14 days, they assume you're satisfied with the products and will continue send more. I certainly would NEVER knowingly agree to that. The credit card agent said try to work it out with the company. I did try. Boy did I try!! I finallt managed to get a credit for 50% of their outrageous charge. I am out $100.00. Please be warned about this horrible company

  • Jun 10, 2017

30 day trial on allumiere products by Angelina Jolie pay only shipping costof $11.90; if product not returned after 14 days automically sets you up on a monthly purchase club of $110.31 each month. Was told this was disclosed in" Trial Information"

Trail information said if not satisfied with product send back and will cancel. Does not expalin what they will cancel

or mentions monthly club. I contacted the number my credit card had on file on the transcation of $98.41

When I contacted 1 866 425 6993 was told they would reduce monhly amount if I agreed to a monthly club order of $34 a month and when I yelled at him that I was upset that all of this was so shady, especially being endorsed by Angelina Jolie he continued to make me an offer of $20 a month. I keep saying "did you not hear me" cancel this order. Then I asked if I could get credit if product was sent back....said so sorry you missed the 14 days. I replyied "How can someone know if product works in 14 days......its too soon. The jar is for 30days ???
