This appeared to be a free sample of a skin care product for just paying shipping of $5. Like many others I failed to read the fine print to discover I would be charged $212 after 2 weeks if I did not cancel. I did not like the product. If I had, would purchase it from another source for less than half their price. This is nothing but a scam.

I thought it was a line of cosmetics from Sally Field's so decied to try the free trial of Allumiere collegen serum. Got it in November. Pump broke on it two days later. Got another one ounce sample in December. NO invoice. Got another one in January so called the business and told them to take me off the list. Question by customer service: Why? it takes months to show results. I said it is crap and makes my face break out. Okay, told I was taken off the list. Got another ounce this month and called CS again and really got mad. She told me I was lost in the system as others I have read were told. I asked her what have they charged me so far on this. $94.74! I said MY credit card card was used without my okay!!! I was given a number to cancel my order in the future and send the Feb. one back with some code on it. I did. Paid UPS ground delivery $10.62. I asked to be reimbursed for it. They said no, we don't reimburse for returns. They said my account was credited but will need to visit my bank to make sure and also block this business in the future from using my credit card illegally. I think anyone scammed by this company needs to do the same. They have your card information and your bank will cut them off. I did some reseach and no one really knows what the ingredients are as not listed. It could be cheap hand lotion for all we know. Nothing whatsoever alerted me that I would continue to get more then a free sample. $30 an ounce?? No invoice? Lost in the system in January but got another shipment in February?? I would be so ashamed to work customer service for this company and tell the same lies over and over again. I am going to notify BBB as others have. This needs to stop! Lesson learned by all of us that fell for it and hope to alert others before it happens to them. Don't use the product! I threw past ones in the trash.

They advertised a sample of Allumiere Skin Cream and Serum, which I orered, they charged me $6.95 and $4.95 which was for shipping I believe. They also charged me $2.95 for the sample, I thought. I ordered the product on 12/22/2017, no where did I see anything about charging my account for other products. The next thing I new when I got my monthly statemen for my account, they had charge me $98.41 the name of the charge was YTH8trueyouthlifestyle. They also charged my account for $97.41, the name on this one was BHEYECREAM.

When I called the numberThey had on the shipment details (844)811-2874, I ask what those charges were for, the person I talked to said it was for the product and I said I did not get anyother product but the one that was a sample I thought. I asked them to remove the charges but he said he could only remove only part of the charge we went back and forth about the charge. I told him I was going to call of credit card company and disclaim the charges, he said eventually that , if I returned the product, he would refund my charges except for $20.00 for stocking fees. I have boxed up the items, but I feel I should report this and that I have been ripped off. I am now going to contact these other numbers where the charges originated from and complain to them and I am also going to contcact my credit card company again to see what I can do about the charges.

These people did not contact me anytime to let me know that they were going to charge anything nor did I get any e-mails.

Here are the numbers that are listed on my credit card charges - YTH8TRUEYOUTHLIFESTYLE 800-7539045 CO AND BHEYECREAM 866-546-8817 NC

I payed $4.95 & $6.95 for two items in shipping for a “free trial” of the product, which arrived a few days later. However, after a a couple of weeks, exactly 14 days, Allumiere charged my account an additionmal $97.41 and $98.41 charge to my credit card from the company. When she contacted to dispute the charges, I was informed that the fine print included in the “free trial” offer stipulated that customers have just 14 days from their order to request a refund. I was not ok with this so I have been arguing for months to get my monety back. They finally stated to me that if I send them the product back that was only used once, which I did and I paid for the shipping, that they will give me 50% refund as a courtesy. This NEVER happened! I NEVER recieved any money back for the product. Instead they keep claiming they refunded me the amount back to my card and are walking away.

Allumiere is stating that I received a partial refund of my money. I have been arguing back and forth expressing that this is untrue. This is unacceptable!!! They requested that I send the product back them, used once, on my dime and I was told I would recieve my money back, 50 % due the product being already used. I got no product and they STOLE $200. That is called fraud.

On 8/23/2017 they stated in an email the following: "We are unable to issue a full refund on the products as you have stated that they have been opened and used. However, for the frustrations I can issue a courtesy refund of 50% on each of the charges. That refund will reflect within 7-10 business days."

THIS NEVER HAPPENED!! I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING!!! NOT A FULL OR A PARTIAL REFUND!!!

Elena, who I have been working with for months now, stated the follwoing on 12/5/2017 "All the information provided to you is for your refunds. We are unable to issue anything further and you will need to speak with your financial institution regarding your refund." She stated that she cannot provide ANYTHING FURTHER?? .....as if they GAVE ME SOMETHING! I received NOTHING. They took the product, which I paid for the shipping and they STOLE $200!!! I am pretty sure if they were in my shoes they would be pretty pissed off as well but instead they sit behind a computer and think that all they have to do is NOTHING!! Easy peasy!!!

Also, they are fully aware that because of the time frame the bank will not do anything to give me my money back. This is how fraud works, and unfortunately I fell for it! They told me that they would give 50% of my money back as a courtesy and played this game to string me along until it was SAFE ON THEIR END to not give me my money back. WIN WIN for them!

I WANT EVERY PERSON TO KNOW ON EVERY SITE HOW FRAUDULENT THIS COMPANY IS!!! BE AWARE!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN!!!

I saw a product advertised on a website which was supposedly endorsed by Victoria Osteen. I ordered a free sample (I paid $4.95 shipping and handling).

I failed to read the small print that after only two weeks they would send another shipment and my credit card would be billed. I called within an hour of the $51.50 charge being placed on my credit card and asked for a refund because the product is certainly no better than any other on the market. I was told if I had called the day before it would not have been a problem, but since I want to cancel, I now have to pay $30.90 for the free sample and they will refund $20.60. I was hot. I argued and argued and finally agreed to the $20.60 refund. I was told I would receive a call from management within 24 hours to help resolve my concerns. The representative's name was Sharon.

I never received a call from management, of course. In fact, it is now three days later and I called back. Representative Frank told me that he had documentation that I had called in and Sharon offered a refund, but I refused it. He told me hotly that THIS company has every policy clearly printed on the website. I am sure that is the case, but customers best hunt down the small print, because "free offer" is in great big print. Frank promised me he would process my $20.60 refund, wished me a blessed day, and hung up in my ear.

I usually don't do reviews about companies. I have read today that Victoria Osteen has issued a statement that she does nt endorse this company. Pure Life, Nova Skin Sciences, Allumiere are all the same company and I have had a HORRIBLE experience. I just hope they do not put more charges on my card and I thank God the only "free" sample I agreed to was their little 1-ouce jar of anti-aging cream.

Scam.

This company, if you can call it a company. Allumiere. I saw this ad. They took the 2.95' i cancel the order. They then took another 4.96 from me. Then another 103.00 from my credit card. I asked for the full refund of the 103.00, they would only give 60%.( not enough for my satisfaction). Please don't be scam like i was.

Sent for free sample 4.95 shipping they wanted to include 8.95 for other sample. The beginning of Sept. charged my bank for 98.41. Called number. said they will cancel my account? What account never nothing said about joining anything. Hung up. The called back and offered me 50% of money back, told them want all my money back. Well after a few emails they said I have to return sample back in order to get full refund. They sent me RMA number. Shipped it back. I emailed again they keep blowing me off. Out 4.95 and 98.41 for nothing no free sample either and a lot of headaches and time for nothing. Rip Off

In July of 2017 I heard Joanna Gaines was starting a skin care line. I saw an add on the internet for a "free sample" of what I thought was her product . Just pay shipping. Then in the same month I recieved anothe shipment and was charged $97.41 . I called customer service and was denied a refund, but they said they would cancel. I feel this was false advertising and a rip off.

I received 2 shipments of allumiere collagen serum. I was ill and just looked at the contents. The enclosed invoice did not indicate cost or that it was subscription. It did not have company name on the enclosed invoice. On September 19, 2017, I felt better. I checked my visa bill and found that I had been charged $98.41 from healthnutswrinkleserum. The phone number listed on the Visa statement was 866-425-7059 CA. I called the phone number on the Visa bill and asked them who they were. As she was talking, I found the 2 packages of Allumiere collagen serum she was talking about. I told her that I did not remember ordering these items. I said that i was not calling to dispute it. I had decided that I must have ordered it. I order a lot of things online like most people do.

This order confused me because I have no wrinkles. I would understand my ordering an item to reduce under eye puffiness. I do have that. I said that I was calling to cancel any further orders. The consumer sevice person tells me that since I had not used the other 2 bottles I had received I could not cancel. I said that this was America and that I can stop paying for and receiving items that I did not want or use. The conversation was for close to 30 minutes where she is offering me reduced prices for upcoming shipments. She said that I had to use the product to see how it worked. I could then call back on October 20th to let them know how it worked. If I wanted to cancel at that time, we could discuss it more. She was implying that once subscribed, I had to have a reason acceptable to the company.

The responses she gave me became even more stupid. She did not care if I used the product or if I could afford this or that I called to cancel. She was trying to forced me to accept the fact that I had to let them keep sending stuff and my paying. I threatened to call Visa if they charged me anything else. I asked to speak to a manager. She kept talking as though I had not said anything. I told her that her company was a rip off and that they were committing fraud. She became a lawyer at that time. She defined what fraud was. I guess that I was not the first person make that same allegation. She finally realized that I was not going hanging up without her cancelling my account. She put me on hold for a few minutes to cancel the subscription (more mind games). She gave me my cancellation number which I wrote down and repeated to her to make sure that it matched what she said. End of conversation.

Now that I am not as sick as I was before, I can see that this company is a ripoff. No company name, address, city/state information on invoice. No price charged or information about cancelling. The product bottle has "distributed by Allumiere, Cheyenne, WY 82001, 844-811-2874" The number on the Visa bill is different 866-425-7059 CA Customer service hours were listed in Mountain Standard Time. No website. Only email address [email protected] Whoever owns this company should be found and stopped from doing the things they are doing. The address on the package is: Fullfillment Center, 11661 East 4699th Avenue, Suite C, Denver, CO 80239. Now you know all that I know about this company. Bad!

I have been trying for months to cancell Allumiere and can not find a phone number or address for company. I did leave message on one website for them to call me.

Box arrives opened, not taped shut, and has no meassage or any indication of where to write or cantact this company. I have been trying for months to send product back. I did mark box " return to sender" refused, but never got credit for 3 boxes I returned. The box of Allumiere comes every month and I can not stop it. The box comes from P.O. Box 23963, Saint Petersburg, FL 33742

I have been trying for so long and I can not remember where I first got started with this. I think it was on phone when I order some "hot Mites" so I would not burn my hands on stove.

I am 74yrs of age and I now try to write things down.

Watched an infomercial with Ellen Degeneres stating "No Risk". I thought that I would give it a try and thought that I could trust Ellen. Big mistake. I ordered and paid the $4.95 S&H and somehow get a 2nd product with an additional $4.95 S&H. No worries.

Then I get my credit card statement and they have charged my cc the initial $4.95 + $51.50 & 2nd autoship $54.50 + the same for the other product that I didn't even want or order. I immediately called and they advised me that I had enrolled for auto ship, Now remember I have only received 1 shipment, but they have charged my card 3 times -- 1st S&H + 1 autoship + 2 autoship. I cancel and they offer a 75% discount to stay a customer, I decline.

This is not how you take care of customers! I don't even care if the product worked which it didn't, you don't auto bill their credit cards when you think you have ordered a No Risk and only pay S&H. I only trusted this company because of Ellen, now I don't trust Ellen either.

I signed u for a free trial of their products. One month later they sent more product and charged me almost $200.00.

I ordered allumiere collagen serum and hydrofirm cream for small price.I have forgotten excat price but it was around 4.95 ,

Six weeks later 220.00 dollars was taken from my checking account. This was divided up into two different charges. one charge was for an eye cream that I neve ordered or received. I was told that I did not respond in the time alloted to let them know if i liked the product or not so i was then charged full price for the products. I then noted the charge for the eye cream and called back and was informed that my account was closed and they could not refund me the 97+ dollars for that. This company is a big rip off and fraud that should be taken off the internet and sued by all the people they have taken advantage of.

I ordered a single product at a trial price of 4.97 then they charged my card an additional charge of $0.12 ,4.97 and then another $0.07 I never received any product .14 days later my card was charged another $103 and thankfully declined other charges by them. I contacted them the same day and ask for a refund. I was told my order had been refused on delivery, I live alone . So they claimed it was my fault ,so no refund would be issued . But they would double the order for any inconvenience .I repeated I wanted a refund ask for a supervisor, was transferred ,was told the same thing by him ,then he hung up. The same day my card was charged another 2.96. I cancelled the card .I never received any product , have been charged a total of $113.76 for nothing.

Stark Eye Allumiere fraudulently charged my debit card $97.41. I reported fraudulent charge to my bank

The bank said they see endless cases of people being fraudulently charged. They said I needed to call the company, which I did, but it was a waste of time.

When I called to dispute the charge at 1-866-449-7629 it was a loud call center

They did nothing

The representative claimed that there were no managers to speak to

They kept saying they would credit back different percentages....30%...50%...I said they needed to refund 100%

My Bank said it is a huge ring of rip off artists

I filed a claim against the scam artist company and closed the bank account so the rip off artists could not steal more money

I had the identical experience that the others here are reporting. Signed up for a free "shipping charges only" trial and next thing i knew repeated charges for the same $97 and $98 that others were scammed on. Then they say they will credit some $35--but it is against only one of the charges. And then they say they will send you a free shipment--but i didn't want a free shipment, i just want my money back.
