When writing our move in checklist for Allred a couple of days after we signed the lease, we were told that the changes could be made within the next week. It's a month later now and the wood under our sink that was once just rotten now has mold. We have gotten maintenance out to our location several times, but all they ever do is look at it/take pictures and say they'll come back the next day to solve the problem. It hasn't happened, and our lease explicitly says that management has the responsibility of keeping the unit in good condition. We wish we would've read reviews, because now we can see that all reviews on Allred are bad, except for those that some users say are written by friends and family of Jerry Allred. We are currently having trouble even getting past reception when we call.
