Collecting exaggerated fees for $2 toll tags. This company is a total scam ripoff. Waiting for consumer affairs, BBB, or law firm to start class action lawsuits against Alliance One and North Texas Tollway Authority, NTTA and voting law changes within states to stop charging drivers ridiculous rates to send invoices through the mail.

This is outright robbery and a scam to have every driver's debit card info, have a tolltag, & then still charge you wrong!!

In 2004, my very naieve husband and my naive self let an unscrupulous money manager move the money in our TSA account to another account that she favored. She implied that we needed to move it in order to borrow the $50,000 we needed as part of the funds to buy a home. Our account sat with Aviva for a few more years and then, in 2010 when I retired and stopped making monthly contributioins, my TSA was transferred to a company called Athene. Athene held my account until 2015 when it began the process of transferring all of their TSA accounts to a new third party servicing company called Alliance One. The first thing that Alliance One did (or did not do) was keep track of payments to the TSA for loans taken against it. When they did realize how badly they had dropped the ball, they gave everyone a deadline by which they must get caught up, but they also told people that the amount they needed to pay was incorrect. It took many phone calls and voicemails to straighten that out. During this same time period, the company or companies quit sending quarterly statements. I have not had a quarterly statement showing the current status of my TSA since since the quarter ending June 2015. I think this might even violate some law. Don't these financial services have a responsibility to inform people of the status of their accounts? I have called several times to inquire about when I might receive a statement or some accounting of my TSA. I have been told multiple things...."we'll be doing it early this year" "we had to upgrade our computers", etc. etc. Now my back is up against the wall. I need to get the full amount available to me out of the TSA. What are the chances that this will happen in a smooth, straightforward manner? At what point do I hire an attorney to try and shake loose my hard won savings funds?

Get a random letter in the mail saying capital one referred my account to Alliance one they spelt my name GGRose when it spelt Grosse. this is either a scam or they allowed a fraud commit steal my info and open a credit card in my name with then even spelling my name wrong. I wanna sue both the debt collector and the credit card company for allowing this to happen.

Athene turned over my annuity to Alliance-One nearly five months ago. EFT payments suddenly stopped. I waited one month and called Alliance-One, waiting 20 minutes to be told they were having a tough tranisition and payments would start up soon. Two more months went by with no payment; I called, waited nearly 30 mintues to talk to somone who said that they were behind, payments would resume, and we would soon get a mailing telling us we could lump sum pay the overdue amount, or choose a payment plan, while regular monthly EFT's would resume.

On 5/23, nearly one month after my call, I received a letter from Athene, the oringinal loan owner, telling me that the monthly payment would resume 5/25 (two days after the letter) but that the entire amount due over the 5months would be electronic deducted from my account on this date. To arrange a payment plan, I'd have to call Alliance-One and ASK for one. I can't even call until 4 pm PST, but they close at 5 PM CST.

I'm furious that they've dropped the ball and treated customers so poorly- especially on a loan I took on MY OWN MONEY!! They have not been truthful, and as a teacher going into summer, paying a lump sum is tough. Furthemore, I only get paid on the first of the month, so by the time they make this withdrawal, there will not be enough money in my account to cover it, and if I can't get a person to answer my call within 36 hours, the payment will be rejected and then I have to call and wait to resolve a problem they created. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

This company has taken over my annuity & now I can't get any clear information about my account. I wanted a loan but I can't get the papers & so, now I want to roll over my complete account. No one can help me with this . I want my money even if it means just paying the fees & penalties under the tax laws!!
