I went on their site to find foreclosed homes for sale. I agreed to join for 3 days to check out their site. They said at the bottom of each page you could cancel if you weren't happy with your findings. The site told me nothing about the properities.
I have tried several ways to contact to cancel, unsuccessfully. The 3-day trial was for $9.79, but was later changed without my knowledge to $79.97 monthly membership.
I'm a realtor in macon, georgia. I was contacted by the sales representative of allhud.Net and after speaking to them figured it would be worth a try. $195 per month for ten to twenty leads. My first lead came in within an hour of signing up. The phone number was bogus and when i emailed the 'prospect' they never responded.
Figuring this was just a fluke i waited for the next few leads and the same thing happened.
This site is rip off and fraudulent - if you're a realtor looking to expand your business you're better off doing it elsewhere Trulia, zillow or the paper.)

Just yesterday, I found out I have been charged Un-authorized by me for $79.79. On my credit card statement for 09/16 and 10/16.
No where does it say in their TERMS OF USEthat after the 3-day trial that you agree to a monthly membership. NO WHERE! but it does say if you sign up for a monthly membership you have to cancel.
DON'T USE THERE SERVICE BECAUSE THEY PROVIDE NO SERVICE, NO INFORMATION AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.
They are also NOT affiliated with HUD but the website is misleading to the fact.
