Alley and Co. Heating/Air charged me $3000 for repairs July 2014. Everything they replaced now needs to be replaced again in Sept. 2015. But now with a charge of $1250. The item they replaced last year was 10 years old but their replacement lasted barely 1 year. For $3000 I would expect the parts to last more than 1 year or be replaced with little more than an apology. What happened to "Professional Ethics and Quality Service." You won't find either with Alley and Co. Heating/Air.
