.....I was a Allen county library customer in 2013 and 2014, and I used the New Haven, Indiana branch of the Allen county library system, as I lived in New Haven,Indiana for two years.
.......I liked the public library itself , but I witnessed the library employees consistantly harrasing and intimidating customers, as they did to me several times for what I believe was "bad mouthing"......rumor spreading by a neighbor/landlord I had at this time in New Haven, IN.
.....I shared a apartmenet with my mother, we paid our rent and were very quiet, etc, However for some evil reason my neighbors and landlord dislike me and my mother, so my land lord and neighbors began a badmouthing campaign with the New Haven libary employees.
......And as a great man once said, "Tell a lie so big, and spread the lie and people will believe it".
........The nefarious new Haven library employees started to harass me and my mother via intimidation,nasty, rude behavior, including fabricating false accusations of owing fines(which I had reciepts....never late with libray materials), also the library manager and employees would consitantly try to wisper and give me and my mother the most hideous looks, part of the harassment.
.......I also believe that their harassment was due to me and my mother discovering/witnessing the library employees bringing their children to work with them , which is a violation of employee policy, and to be honest their children were very noisey , disturbing library customers.
.....I complained several times to the Allen county library president and library director.......Ben Eisbart ,and Susan Baier, to no avail, nor did they seem to care whatsoever.
.......Infact, the Allen county library president "Ben Eisbart", has a nefarious history himself, as found out that his business "Steel Dynamics inc." of Ft Wayne , Indiana has been fined by the E.P.A. for polluting and dumping waste from his steel manufacturing.
......Could you imagine a library president of the Allen county library system also running a nefarious business that harms the environment?........Should this man be a public official?...........A library president?????
......This is clearly misconduct of public officials, including county library employees.
......That being said, it is the reason why "Allen county' hires nefarious library employees, as I was engaged with in their New Haven branch.
