This company has not paid a care giver for back wages for hours worked taking care of a client but was promised on serveral occasions that he or she would be paid.This is about a ten to twelve week period of back pay that is owed and all that is given is the run around.
Time sheets have been turned in as requested on several occasions. They are still having this care giver give services to this client as well as a previous client ( they have moved on to another service).
On another note this company has been billing for service to insurance comapnies for hours of service never rendered to the client. They are over billing for these hours and if not over billing some of their care takers are not giving the clients service they are paying for.
This is the reason why health care in the United States is in so much turmoil because of unfair busniness practices like this company does on a regular basis. The morals and ethics of the upper managament of this company is somewhat to be desired.
