I also ordered from them March27th, 2015 and have yet to recieve my order. im constantly emailing them asking about it and they keep pushing the shipping date back because of "BACK ORDERS". I jus want my refund back and i will never order from them again.

I purchased hair products from All Things Hair on March 27th. I had purchased from them before and it took longer than I expected to receive my products. They updated saying they had hired more staff to get products out quicker. So I gave them another try. I ordered during a special sale. I read their shipping terms and saw the shipping time was 25 business days. That is a long time but I thought they were being more realistic from the initial 3-5 business days promised on my first order. May 1 would have been 25 business days. On May 20 I followed up and received an email saying my order would be shipped by May 29. On June 1 I followed up advised it would be shipped by the end of week by phone.

On June 8 I emailed and then called same end of week promise. The following week I attempted to DM on ig. Same promise. I attempted to call left voicemails and emailed to no avail. On June 19, I received tracking. Still didn't receive my product. On July 10 I filed a dispute with pay pal. 3 days later I received a response saying that they would send my product IF I closed my dispute. I let them know that I didn't feel comfortable trusting their promise to send me what I purchased after so many promises had fallen through.

I also let them know that the dispute was a last resort due to their inability to fulfill their obligations. I still cannot comprehend why there were conditions to receive a product that they received money for months ago. I advised I would close it after they gave me what I ordered or a refund. They did not respond. I escalated the claim. And pay pal awarded me my full refund. Horrible business ethics. Horrible customer service. Glad I got my money back. I've seen others complain on Instagram but they delete them right away.

Scam artists

I placed an order on 4/12/15. I waited patiently for my order sent and a tracking number sent. Time went by and I completely forgot about it until I saw that they were posting on social media that they were having a sale. I figured maybe my order got missed or something so I emailed on 6/15/15 asking for an update. No reply so I emailed again on 6/22. They replied on 6/30 to my email I sent on 6/15 saying "Hello, To better assist you may you please provide us with the order number (order number from confirmation email send by us) and the name on the order?" They also replied on 6/30 to my email I sent on 6/22 (in which I had included my order number). They said... "Hello, Thank you for contacting us! We apologize for the late response. We are now processing your order! Currently we are experiencing difficulties with our shipping system, so if you were promised a tracking number and have not received it, or if you currently need a tracking number please be expecting it in the next 5 business days. We appreciate your business and apologize for the delays." On 9/9/15 they posted on their Instagram page that if we wanted our orders ASAP to email them. I did just that and was told.. "Hello,Thanks for your inquiry! We are currently backorder as stated in our previous email blast that was sent out on this past Saturday, to have a better understanding of what this means please visit our Product FAQ on our site or please see the video that we sent out in the email blast! We are offering you a quicker turn around for orders for 5-7 days 20 dollars and 1-2 days 27 dollars! since you have already paid shipping we will deduct the shipping you already paid from the prices stated above. If you would like an invoice for this please send us an email back so that we can send your order out asap! If you don't want this option we ask that you continue to be patient with us as we are sending out MARCH APRIL AND MAY orders out over the next 3 weeks and JUNE JULY AND AUGUST ORDERS OVER THE NEXT SIX WEEKS!" This is completely unacceptable. Not only have they now sent out people orders from March, they have the nerve to "offer" us to pay more to get our orders sent ASAP. Also, they are offering people who are just now ordering to get their orders within 1-7 days. Before those of us who have been waiting 6+ months for our order. If they are back-ordered, unable to fill orders for people who have been patiently waiting for so long how can they still have sells and take more orders? Then I get an email on 10/01 saying they have just sent out all March orders. It took 6-7 months for people to get their order. That is terrible service. If you ask any questions on their social media pages they will delete your question but leave the generic replies of "Contact customer service" or "Go to the website and complete the form". This just gives them a way to either completely ignore you, or copy and paste a lame excuse or fake tracking number. Kristen Dickerson (Allthings_hair2, Allthingsher) and any of her other pages or sites should be SHUT DOWN. She should not be allowed to have a website OR any social media. Or at least be able to offer selling anything. Especially classes to teach people how to start a product or anything else. I have requested a refund through PayPal and hope this person/company is stopped. This is a terrible business. They take 6+ months to send your order and give excuses or false information regarding when it will be sent out. If you contact them through social media they will delete/block you and/or tell you to contact them through email or some form they have on their site. The reply to the form and email will only get you a reply with useless information. They do not fill orders and get upset when customers ask about it. They say that they are back-ordered and will be caught up soon, but posting on their social media pages that they are having a sale. If they cannot fill orders from 6 months ago, why are having a sale and taking more people's money? How do people who've placed orders in June, get their order before people who have ordered in March or April? If this business is failing and being interviewed by the local news station about the F rating on BBB, who are you to offer classes to people are starting their own business or product line. Allthings_hair, Allthings_hair2, Allthings_her and Allthings_Kris are in the business of Allthings_fraud. They will take your money, not send your product, get mad at you for asking about it, be rude to you, and block you for caring that they have treated you this way.
