This money contained my insured personal-injury funds from a tragic head-on collision in which John Ramses Soliman arranged two interns to attempt an unannounced PTSD-diagnosis as my awakening experience from a 30hr induced coma in Nassau University Medical Center's ICU with no requesting Doctor's authority. John produced a falsified cash-call for the same amount I received $75,000.
With Michael Weinreb, a disbarred attorney advising John Ramses Soliman on how to terrorize my survive in fraud for the sake of $2.5M of my development shares, and Alan Weinreb feeding them my personal files as my attorney, John not only had Dina Steinmark Soliman deposit the $242,000 check written out of our company account into their names.
John also prepared falsified IRS tax filings claiming I gained $152,000. Since John & Dina Soliman were acting as governless as the disbarred Michael Weinreb and the fake-attorney Alan Weinreb (who didn't even retrive my medical records nor Case Report), I had no choice but to take John & Dina Soliman to Nassau County's small claims court just to have the tax filings for JMS corrected to real figures.
There we were in the Nassau County Courtroom meeting Alan Weinreb's close friends/family in a mediation attempt. People I recall meeting at John and Dina's son's Christening. It was disturbing how nonchalant all their attitudes were as Alan Weinreb's influence in this courtroom was obvious. When John Ramses Soliman stated to the Judge that "The tax filing is based on bank records" I replied "I have an audit of the bank records prepared by an accountant that shows his statement as false".
