To whom it may concern my wife and I had this company come in and clean our marble flooring and we were apauled at the kind of services this company preovided us. Patrick Murray the owner and operator of the business charged us 900.00 in cash to repair and clean our marble floors in our Phoenix property and not only did he do a terrible job at cleaning the marble but his equipment extreemly damaged our marble floors. We attempted to work with this person and placed numerous calls to him before he returned our call, we informed him that his machines damaged our marble flooring in many places. We set an appointment with him to inspect the situation and he did not show up we again placed a call and set another appointment which he missed again with no notice. Finally we were pretty frustrated at this persons professionalism and called and set anouther appointment which he kept. Once he was at our residence we showed him the damage that he did to our marble floors, he emidately denied that he did any damage with my wife and continued to argue with her instead of providing a resolution to the problem.
My wife informed him that she was going to call another tile company and have them look at the damage, he told my wife that he was also going to call someone to inspect the situation which he never did. We called Americhem LLC 2027 East Hale Street Mesa AZ 85213 480-837-5725 or 520-837-9715 They informed us that Mr. Murray did infact damage our marble floors, they also informed us that the person is required to be licensed to perform this kind of work which I do not think that he is. Americhem LLC also stated that Patrick Murray only did two steps out of a five step process that needed to be done. We noticed that something was wrong when he was cleaning the floors and did not even attempt to clean the edges of the marble floors along the baseboards. We would also like to point out that Patrick Murray set his floor cleaning machine on our new carpeting and put a circular disk stain on our new carpet which we just paid 2000. for. Americhem has quoted us 1100. to repair the damage that Patrick Murray inflicted on our beatuful marble floors. Everyone beware of this company their work is shotty at best and you will be ripped off by Patrick Murray.
