Warning! Never do business with Affordable Appliances Plus of Austin, Texas and Bastrop, Tx. They have two stores in Austin but list their location as Bastrop (I now believe this may be because they are trying to avoid legal action against their company).
These scam artists sold me a refrigeration, washer, and dryer which they asserted several times were "cleaned, serviced, and functional." None of this was the case. The refrigerator never got colder than 55 degrees (they've "serviced" it 4 times in the past month). The washer has a disgusting mold infestation (when I finally bought a steam cleaner and pulled back the rubber, I found a used woman's pad inside). The dryer does not dry my clothing unless I run them through at least twice but usually three or four times (Their serviceman told me that it was my fault and I needed my dryer vent clean which I had done for $200 only to be told it wasn't dirty and that it was clearly the dryer at fault because of the air flow problem that the Sear technician diagnosed in seconds).
