I started working for this company January of 2015, I was working very hard for the company, I was spending endless hours with clients and leading meetings. The company was starting to grow and as the company grew the owner Jaime Penate was making promises that when the company would get their first contract he would pay me 100,000.00 dollars and I would get 10 percent of the company on top of that for having the board on my car I would collect 50 dollars per month for monthly advertising income, I haven't seen any of this money and I got scammed all th promises Went out the window and I u sent seen a penny out of that. On my online account I got a leadership bonus for 15,000.00 dollars and accumulated 350 dollars in monthly advertising income I requested the money and never saw a dime and can't get ahold of anyone. The company is a scam the sign up fee is between 250 and 300 dollars which they say is refundable but they will take it and you will never see it again so my advice is stay away because all they want from anyone is free labor.

I'm sorry you claimed that was your experienced with Advicars. It does turns out this way whenever we don't get what we want right? and the first thing that you wanna do is ruin that friend reputation so that he may never succeed. I can really relate because I also have a friend who tries to take my spotlight, and the first thing she does is try to ruin me. So I do understand where you're coming from. Sometimes Envy and greed for money really can't get along and it's a bad deal when it comes together. Get yourself together because now that you ruin and burnt your bridges to Advicars you can't never get anymore piece of the pie :( I know... It's sad when that happen but you can't bake cake and eat it too and you did just that. I am a very happy member of Advicars along with about 85 members here in my state in about 6 weeks. I've gotten paid because I read and fallowed what Advicars wanted me to do. So stop your nonsense because only you and your other friend is reporting hello!

Advicars is one of the biggest scam advertising on cars, they will promise you 50$ per month and you will install Advicars board on your car and they will charge you 15$ per month to use their software. The trick is in their software it's a fake site that will will show you commissions of 50$ every month but when you cash out they never send you a check. Jaime Penate is the Ceo of Advicars never trust anything he sais or promises, biggest con artist I've seen, even at corporate level executive he will supposedly pay you big commissions and all the hard work you put in this you won't see a dime!

ADVICARS SCAM

I see more people are falling victims from ADVICARS and the supposed CEO, Jaime Peñate. Definitely it is a RIP OFF!!! I requested my refund of $199.99 even when I returned all the materials including the infamous 'ADVIBORAD.' Its been more than three months and still haven't received the refund. I personally turned the materials to Francisco Gomez, the person who installs the board but they declined that I returned the items. This company needs to be repirted to all the agencies so they can pressure them to return our money. If you're a victim and are reading this, take action and don't get intimidated from Mr. Peñate. Contact the Better Business Bureau at bbb.org and file a complaint. Also there are other organizations like the FTC (Federal Trade Commission),The General Attorney in Texas. Please take action before more people are scammed!!!

Anyone know the trick to get an actual Refund as Advicar promised?

My girlfriend talked me into this and I wanted to support her.

1. Paid $199.99 deposit on 10/5/15.

2. Attended seminar hosted by the "CEO" in Salt Lake City. At this time I've decided that there's little to no return on money.

4. 10/14/15 sent an email "Contact Us" requesting for refund of my deposit of $199.99 and to cancel my equipment order(s) and $15 monthly membership (fee if applicable).

5. Followup with a phone call spoke with a Erica 12:04PM (MST) 10/14/15 stating had processed my request for refund.

6. Followup with a phone call spoke with a Gary 2:57PM (MST) 11/12/15 stating had processed my request for refund. Gary followed up with a phone call and left a VM 3 days later stating to expect my refund in the mail by Jan.

7. 1/27/16 9:36AM, called the 888-859-2779 and left a detailed VM requesting a status of my refund. Same day send another email.

I can move on other resources to get my refund, but anyone know of any tricks to get an actual Refund as Advicar promised?

Scam? 2

I forgot to add that he is obviously targeting ( for the most part) undocumented Hispanic immigrants, sad, but also makes sence, the majority are poorly educated, and desperate to succeed. Shame on him.

I started the business as a member of ADVICARS in November 2015 , i paid $150 . the company promise to pay $50 every month, that sound's good the only thing I have to do is to put a ADVICARS sign on the back of my car and invite others to do the same. The more people invite ,more bonuses i get ; so as soon I finished filling all the papers i contacted one of my siblings I tolld him all about the business so he invested in the business as well. The months went by and we do everything the company asks as to do, carry all the time the ADVICARS sign on the car , upload fotos of the car with the sign on it, mileage ; we did all this every month. We ask the person who introduced as to the business ,why we were not getting paid, he said the company was having some problems with some members , but we will receive the check soon . It has been more than a year and I never received a check neither my brother. Actually the person who invited me to do the business he just left the ADVICARS business, all because Mr. Penate told the advi members that he will give the checks in person on the events he organized. Guess what this person traveled from Seattle to Texas to be present in this event and get his check , he DID NOT GET PAID. I am sorry for all the people who believed in this business i invested $400 and I am a housewife I just wanted to help my husband with some income. Mr. Penate please stop taking money from people we all have kids to feed. You should be ashamed of your self.

My spouse joined this company over a year ago. All requirements have been met for the minimum pay each month. Not a dime has been received to date. Jamie keeps leading on like he is going to get a big contract with Geico but it hasn't happened. I would bet Geico never heard of advicars . Let alone the numbers don't add up. Geico would have to spend thousands just for one car to drive 30 miles....a month...and all the people in the pay chain getting generous cuts. This is another MLM company whose sole income is the deposits from new members. Shills have been employed to praise this company in the rebuttals. They are easy to spot since they all have the same grammar problems and writing style. Like they're all the same person....hmm. Now early adopters are being promised special certificates that they can turn in for $30k. Yeah right.

ADVICARS BIGER SCAM ON MY LIFE

CREEPY CEO JAIME PENATE

I WORK DURING 10 MONTHS AND I NEVER GET A PENNY

  • Jun 16, 2016

(There are members who are having problems with AdviCars- Part of my letter sent to AdviCars included) If you want to get your issue resolved you must send a certified letter return receipt letting them know that you want your situation fixed and you are giving them 30 days to fix it.)

My husband’s and my accounts were frozen then never fixed correctly since February 2016. Since my account’s inception - I was being charged $199 each month instead of $15 for the internet fee (3 months). I gave AdviCars a chance to fix the problem and AdviCars could not resolve the issue. That is when I disputed the charges with my credit card company who was able to give me my money back. I paid the deposit fee of $249.00 and then paid every month the $15 internet fee. It is now going on almost year that the mishandling of my account has resulted in: incorrect charges to my credit card, my account being put on hold, and not getting funds put into my account for carrying my mini-billboard. I have been more than patient and accommodating. AdviCars has growing pains I understand; however, you need to be able to run a business correctly, efficiently and with employees who can correct issues expediately (Customer Service needs major improving). I am legally required to give you 30 day’s notice to remedy the issues I have before seeking legal recourse. I am tired of waiting for things to get corrected.

Best Understanding on how business advertising works................Advicars

First of all some of you need to understand what is advertising company and how does it works.. it is not a matter of making your $50 a month.

Second of all this is a one man vision who's mission is to give back to all of us low life to get a better life....and frankly the whole government is a scam and we are living in it ! yes we are in this country that is a scam all the way.. You the complainer must understand what is SCAM first before crying out to the media that's because you can.

Advertising business takes negotiation and signing up deals and thus includes getting all of the cars ready and all logo of every clients is print to perfection. If there's not enough cars on the street this is not possible. And if every member is like you who cries for $50 you will never get anywhere in life if your vision is so swallow. Advertising takes time to takes off specially if the business is not owing anything from any bank to get up. When you open your restaurant business you have three years to reach profits margin and it doesn't take off like hurricane.. It takes lots of work to make it to work. Your advertising business needs loving care and a whole lot of understanding. Get your facts correct and whoever all of you are who is trying to destroy this good thing need advertising education taken first...Come back when you are not wearing diaper anymore...I am a happy member of Advicars and working together with the CEO under any kind of stress this journey put us under.. Oh i am just a member who has better knowledge on how this works ..Peace...

Scam?

I give it a 2 because the guy is making money, 3000 clients with means he's made at least 45k to 90 k that said he couldn't afford to pay what he boasts, an acquaintance of mine joined and approached me, I could see tell tale signs of triangle scam right away, my friend was so excited I listened and put thought into it, but the whole thing is so flawed, it must be a scam. Also no sign of any signs marketing anything but advicars themselves, makes you wonder.

Setting the record Straight.

The company system is very easy and clear. You give a deposit for the use of the Advertising Board you place on your car. You get $50.00 a month into your back-office account every month, provided that you have been paying your monthly fee of $15.00 for the use of the back-office and personal website. You also have to upload current pictures of the billboard and miles of your car each month. Not much to do, right? You have the possibility to earn a large amount of money as you work and build your group. It is up to you to accomplish this, as with any other business you sign up with. But no other company pays you just to carry their logo on your car. Only Advicars. I have a Motor Club of America sticker on my car and advertise for free. MCA is not paying me to display their sign. I have the sticker because it identifies me as a member and the tow companies can spot me easily when I call for service. So be careful how you work your business and don't blame others when you don't work and think it's the company that doesn't work. Yes, they do pay for your commissions when you request them. I do agree that it takes a while to receive your payment, but you will receive it. I have been with the company before you started with them and know very well they will pay everyone that requests their funds. Please be patient with the company as it grows and adjusts their pay system,as they hire and train more office help.
