This is my review for this fradulent company. "I know that your 'company' is just a scam front. I paid shipping for the 'free' sample. My order number is 9336593. The sample is cooking oil and does nothing. I want my account CANCELLED. I have tried calling the number provided-and the mailbox won't accept any messages. The email address"[email protected]" is bogus and returns all sent messages. My package came from Scottsdale, AZ 85260. I want this handled ASAP. I have reported you to Report Scams, and to my credit card company. I only gave 1 star because I had to. Zero minus would be more appropriate." I, like many other people, was just looking for something to ease pain. This company leads you on, and then when they have your information, you are stuck. I was suckered into doing the Facebook order for the sample by only paying the shipping/postage charges. On August 13, 2017 I was taken in. I entered my credit card number and then tried to back out, Evidently the website is set up to not let you out. My card was charged the $5.97 at the moment I entered my info, according to my statement. I tried calling the number 480-771-4580 to no avail. The recording came on and gave me a list of numbers then said something about Verizon. Dead end. I also sent emails expressing my desire to cancel any and all shipments and be removed from their lists. This too was a dead end. I received the product about 2 weeks after this. It only came in a plain box, with only instructions on how to use. The only paper included had the same phone number and address and email address that had been on everything else. Yesterday, September 18, I received an email from "advanceable technology", saying that they thanked me for my order and my credit card was being billed 79.99 for my order. I proceeded to try calling again, to no avail. Same run around. I contacted my credit card, Citizens One- a mastercard company, anf the agent gave me a number to call today, as it was after working hours. I haven't called them as of yet, but I will shortly. I requested to stop payment to this company, and the agent told me it would be entered as a dispute.

I placed an original order for e-oil on 8/14/2017. They added a $4.97 additional product (Not requested or authorized by me) Today (9/23/2017)I checked my online bank account to discover pending charges for $4.97, $5.97, $69.99, and $79.99. ALL unauthorized and not requested. Have contacted my bank. They tell me I must try to get the company to refund my funds first, and then, if they dont they can get involved. Please avoid getting involved with this fraudulent operation!

I also sent for a free sample of cbd oil from advanceable technology in Scotsville Arizona. Also a trail size sample of their balm. What I got was nothing, no cooking oil.I did not even get an empty bottle. I have tried numerous times to call them at two different numbers, only to be put on hold for as lo g as 30 minutes. I have also sent them an email asking them to cancell all my orders. I have also informed my bank. They are disputing payments. The problem with it is ; I now have to wait on a new bank card. It is sad that these types of companies and people are just out to make a dollar.We. are looking for ways to relieve our pain so we can get off our pain medicine. I am on a fixed income as well and each dollar is carefully spent...I simply can not afford to be taken on this ride. Ruth

A company using the name Essential Oils, aks Advanceable Technologies, LLC charged my credit card $79.99. I do not know what this charge was for nor did I authorize it. I have tried numerous times to contact this company and I get an answering service service that says "Your call is important to us, please hold for the next representative but no one ever comes on the phone and the call eventually disconnects.

Lead me to believe I was ordering a "free sample" , when buried in terms and conditions, I would have had to report in 10 days that it did not work. There were no terms and conditions accompanying the "sample" order. They are deliberately being deceptive by not providing terms and conditions with the sample.

Thieves

They stole 150.00 dollars out of my account. I bought ONLY the free samples. No place did it say that I was going to be billed for anything else as I have not received anything else. I sent my order for free sample then 4 days later BEFORE my samples arrived I get 2 emails saying they hit my bank account 2 times for stuff I never ordered. This is so wrong. They need charged.

  • Jan 27, 2018

They sent me products that I did not even order. I was charged 85.95 on my credit card under a different products name. Also which I did not order.

  • Jan 22, 2018

Facebook trial offer for CBD oil for 4.99. Since then received two shipments and billed $160.

  • Jan 16, 2018

They took the money off my card and never sent me my cbd oil, when I called they said they were sorry and would send it to me in 3 to 5 days. That was over 6 months ago and I have yet to get the oil but they also took the money off my card a second time and when I called they said there was nothing they could do about it and if I hadn't received my cbd oil yet then there was something wrong and I wouldn't be getting my oil or a refund. Now there website is not working and I don't think it's right for them to be able to do what they are doing to people.

  • Jan 9, 2018

I ordered from Essential Oils a free trial offer, just pay shipping for $5.97. I was charged on Sept. 19th for $79.99 and then on Sept. 26th, I was charged the shipping charge of $5.97 and also an additional $79.99!

I refused this offer and called to let this scam company know I did not want to be charged for their products and simply wanted to possibly try it. I only recieved the trial bottle and then the following week recieved the 2nd bottle. I was told to ship the 2nd bottle back and also a third that was on it´s way (that I never recieved) back, and that I would be reembursted for the 2 charges of $79.99 or $159.98.

The charges to my credit card have not been reembursted and I have been stuck with paying my credit card for something I do not have. I never opened product I sent back and just want my credit card reembursted! Please help.... These company steal from senior citizen´s like me and I was only looking for a creditable product to help with my arthuritic joint pain.

  • Dec 30, 2017

I ordered a sample and was to be charged $4.95 for shipping and handling and could cancel at any time with no further charges to my credit card. Called them as soon as I got it and cancelled. They went ahead and charged me 79.99 the day after I cancelled, When I called and demanded a refund the rude operator said it was too late that i only had 10 days fromt he day of the order which was 12/13 so I had to pay the money and that there was no such thing as a "sample" as advertised This is out and out fraud. They misled me and now 2 other payments (auto and auto insurance) were returned due to insufficient funds. They refuse to refund my money as charged the day after I cancelled.

  • Dec 23, 2017

What a scam!!!! My first e-mail was sent and I received a responce that they were sory for the inconvenience and my order would be placed on rush order status. THey evidently recinded the e-mail as it is no longer in my e-mails. I'm out $296.00! I hope nobody else falls for this d**n scam like I did!

I ordered a FREE trial sample from this company, only had to pay shipping and I received the product. I didn’t care for it, so had no plans on reordering. I did call and tell them that I did not wish to receive anymore. I did not receive anymore, but was charged $79.99 on my account.

  • Dec 8, 2017

Stole 79.00 out of my checking account for a fake monthly shipment. i called but only got a recording for where to send the product back to.

  • Nov 17, 2017

Someone posted a post on Facebook about CBD oil. There was a "superstar" country music gentleman (can't remember his name) exployting his (new discovery). I clicked on the post and was taken to a website (which no longer exists) The site said I could order a (trial offer) of their product. Nowhere on that site did it say that my account would be charged. I understood it was a trial offer and that if I liked the product after the trial then I could pay for it.

Within a short period I got an email saying my account had been charged almost $130. I called my bank and they gave me credit until I can further produce all the contacts I had with this company. The phone # is a non-person number, just recordings.

I emailed the company and tried to explain to them that the order was not approved that it was a trial offer only. I immediately cancelled any future orders and received an email back that they would credit my account $30. They have not done this yet. This is a scam and this company should be checked into by the Attorney General.

  • Oct 31, 2017

They are a Rip off. I have not order nothing from them. But they say I did. How they got my information I do not know. Unless someone else used my info on my pc. They claim I signed for a package in which I have not. They have took $160.92 off my Wal-Mart card, that was my change cashed in and put on the card, for my grandsons Christmas.

  • Oct 25, 2017

Like so many others, I ordered what I believed was a free trial of CBD oil from a Facebook ad. I was only suppose to pay $5 for shipping costs.

I remember being asked if I also wished to purchase a CBD infused balm to which I clicked the "no thanks" button and the next thing I know, they are thanking me for ordering the balm. I immediately sent them an email letting them know that I didn't want the balm. I never got a reply to this email.

I ended up getting the CBD oil and the unordered balm anyway. Also, I don't remember seeing that this was a monthly subscription and was surprised when I was charged $150 for the products the next month.

If you try to call the provided number to cancel your subscription and to try and get your money back you are never able to talk to an adult who can cancel your subscription. I finally was able to cancel my subscription by sending an email to them. However, I am still out the $150 that I did not authorize to be taken from my checking account.

  • Oct 24, 2017

Ordered free trial product for one time trial. Billed for product. Have been sent exact order x4. Tried to contact company to cancel account and to make sure i have not been billed multiple times. Both phone number and email are not valid.

  • Oct 18, 2017

I ordered a sample of the company's CBD oil for health and Hemp balm for pain. I was charged $5.97 each for these. Neither product worked. 10 days later I received an e-mail from each division thanking me for my recent order and my card was charged $69.99 and $79.99. I promptly replied to them asking them to refund my money. They replied that I didn't cancel my membership within 10 days of my trial/sample orders. I responded that I had not received anything and asked what they were charging me for.

They sent me the pages and pages of their terms and conditions which was difficult to understand. Basically it said the charges were for the access or use of their website. Lots of legal language about arbitration and stuff saying I couldn't get a refund and could not sue them. This company is nothing but a scam artist. They got 149.98 from me for nothing. The large fees are not for any product, just access to their website. I don't even know what's on their website or why I would need access to it. I hope this helps someone else from getting scammed. I will be much more careful and will not order from unknown companies in the future.

  • Oct 17, 2017

I ordered 2 bottles of CBD. I cancelled my order but was charged twice for it. One time $69.99 and the 2nd time $79.99.

I did not receive produce from them and can not get hold of them.

  • Oct 17, 2017

It's posted all over Facebook, with different actors proclaiming that this stuff is the best thing invented and they have used it and it has worked for them.

The 1 advertisement I seen on Facebook was supposidly thru the University of Wisconsin with Tom Hanks saying that this has cured his Diabetes and will continue to use this CBD oil, 1 dropper full each day has cured his Diabetes.

What they don't tell you, not even in any fine print is, it costs $5.99 to ship out the "PURE NATURAL E-OIL CBD 100mg 1 ounce bottle" and then they sell you on a container called: "EZZZY BALM", which is suppose to help your muscle joints, for about another 5.00 for shipping.

But what they don't tell you is that your next month you are charged on your credit card every month after that an amount from $59.99 to $89.99. Of which you have 14 days to contact them at:

6501 E Greenway Pkwy Suite, 103-648 Scottsdale, AZ 85254

OR PHONE: (480) 771-4580

OR EMAIL: [email protected]

To cancel any further odering andto stop your further credit card withdrawals. Of which I tried calling the phone number it doesn't exist and have sent numerous emails cancelling everything and got nothing in return or any replaies back saying it was cancelled.

  • Oct 16, 2017

I ordered the trial size and before I knew they they had taken 79.99 and 69.99 out of my checking and I have never received a product. I need that money put back in my account. I had to go in and change cards and got a new number so they wouldn't take more. tried to call, phone not working, e-mail, it went no where. I need a product or the money.

  • Oct 16, 2017

Ordered trial of those cdb oil and paid for that 14 days later they charged me 80.00

  • Oct 16, 2017

I signed up for a free trial of CBD oil, only paying postage. However: I received product plus an additional item I did not order.

I called the company and was told it would be automatic delivery and they would take me off of the subscribers list.

I received another charge on my account. This was on facebook.

I want my money back.

  • Oct 14, 2017

Ordered e-oil in sept as a sample. Was charged full price on that day. Was supposed to be a $5.97 and a $4.97 sample price. (Full prices were $69.99 and 79.99) automatically charged incorrectly from the beginning. Can't take e oil, makes me sick. The balm did nothing for me.

Can't reach company through three different numbers. I want to cancel future orders but can't, due to non- reachable numbers. Can't find online address. This is a scam and want my money back. Do not have packaging for samples, and haven't received full size orders that I was originally charged for.

  • Oct 14, 2017

Advanceabletechnology.com is not a company that puts out a good product, or backs up it's return or refund claim. It is a scam to get your hard earned money. Do not put your faith in their false advertising. I purchased their CBC Oil and Joint & Muscle Balm. I had a severe reaction. I immediately called their phone number and pressed number five to cancel and receive return documentation only to be placed on hold and disconnected. This happened numerous times. Buyer Beware this company and it's products are not reputable. Never use them. I am disabled and live on a fixed income and now have to contend with a severe reaction and the lose of funds and the hassle of trying to stop them from accessing more of my funds.

  • Oct 14, 2017

Read the ad on Facebook and decided to try it out as my best friend has tried a cbd oil. All I had to pay was shipping. The cbd oil caused my lips to swell and nothing more. After several days within stopping, my lips returned to normal. I don’t want to get caught in the financial scam that is about to follow and I won’t be able to get out of it.

  • Oct 11, 2017

I got my samples I requested and I tried them but I broke out in a rash and I have been trying to all the company with the phone number listed on the paperwork but I go thru all the prompts and when I finally got a person they asked for my order number but I did not have one yet.

So they said ok then hung up on me. I have tried to back the cancelling any further shipments with the company and I keep get hung up on. They are currently charging my credit card 79.99 for a new shipment.

  • Oct 10, 2017

We ordered a free essential oil product (plus shipping). We authorized $5.95 shipping, but were charged $5.97. within 3 weeks, we were also had 2 unauthorized charges of $79.99 each. The company website is now "forbidden". It appears to be an autodraft, so we are having to cancel our credit card to stop the charges.

  • Oct 10, 2017

Special offer of free CBL Isolate, just pay $5.35 s&h PayPal later sent $74.00 and was charged to my Visa card Bobby, Richmond Hill, Georgia

  • Oct 6, 2017

I bought what was supposed to be CBD Oil from this company. They had an offer going where you only paid shipping, so I did it! They debited my account for the $5.97, it took 2 weeks for me to get my product! I cancelled my subscription in 3 days so my account would not be debited for more money in a month. They sent me a confirmation email of my cancellation, then... They debited my account for $79.99 the following month! No one will answer your emails and when you call, it doesn't matter what option you pick, you get hung up on!

  • Oct 6, 2017

On August 21st I ordered one bottle of CBD Oil through a Facebook ad that my husband recommended I try for chronic pain. The site looked legitimate so I purchased a bottle for a one time fee of $79.99 using my bank Visa Card. My bank statement shows the purchase as "CB Isolate". The shipment arrived in a small box with a printed welcome note including a contact address, phone number and an email address. There was another small paper in the box with a description of CBD Oil on one side and Joint & Muscle Balm on the other.

On September 26th, there were two unauthorized charges made using my same Visa bank card. The charges were made by "Rouge Rosemary Oil"; one in the amount of $79.99 and another for $5.97. I called my bank immediately to dispute the charges and to shut down my Visa bank card. I have just received another bottle of the same CBD Oil that I did not order nor authorize auto shipments. I've called the number on the welcome note several times in the past 3 days and have not been able to speak to a customer representative yet. When calling the number I get an automated machine that states I've reached Advanceable Technologies and "Mary" will help me with any questions or concerns.

"Mary" (all automated) gives me 5 choices; press 1 for billing, 2 for "how to use instructions", 3 for status of order, 4 for update my info, and 5 for product return or cancellations. When I selected option 1 I got an automated message stating that my last purchase was made for "Balm" for $5.97. And when I selected option 5 I got a message stating that the unopened product can be returned to an address (different than the contact listed on the welcome note included in the box) for a full refund within 30 days of the shipment date. When I selected the option to cancel the order the "automated Mary" tells me she is authorized to give me a $30 refund.

There is an option to press star (*) to speak to a customer representative which I've tried at least a dozen times; every time I do this there is a pause then the calls drops. I have not been able to reach a human on the other end yet. I'm disputing the recent charges but my bank has now taken $30 as a "stop payment fee"! I can't seem to get them to understand that there was never an authorization for a reoccuring charge. Please be aware that this company "Advanceable Technologies" is not reputable or a legitimate business in my opinion.

  • Oct 6, 2017

I orderd a small bottle of oil that releaves pain that was free but I had to pay for S&H. Total was $5.95 but was billed an extra $69.00

To cancel monthly shipping they stated to call and the order would be stopped. When trying to call to cancel they would always hang up while waiting to speak to a rep. Total rip off.

  • Oct 2, 2017

Took $79.99 from my account and was not authorized to do so. I have never ordered anything from them. I have tried calling the number shown 312-766-0954 sit on hold and nobody picks up. Am filling a dispute with my bank. It will be investigated

  • Oct 2, 2017

I ordered a free sample of CBD oil, just should have paid 5.97 for shipping they charge my account 79.99. NOW they won't answer customers

  • Sep 28, 2017

Scam

My story is right in line with all the above. I'v cancelled my bank card and they are doing a dispute with the charges. I had actually put a hold on the card before I cancelled it, and they tried to run another charge. Each time, they have used a different name under the charge, the last was Loving hands chamomile oil.??? They didn't get that one. My lesson? Never again will I fall for any Free Trial. Another company was Beaute' Cream. They answered the phone, but flat out lie about refunding any money, say they are and don't. Best to avoid them all.

Ordered what they advertised as CBD oil. Then found out this company is a huge Scam charging people's accounts as they did mine, $79.97 for an 'auto ship' program. The purported CBD oil is in fact, vegetabe oil. No one answers their phones, so forget about trying to call. Googled this company and found hundreds of people who were scammed also.
