Called Chris in January 2016 because my montly reporting was not being received by my comoputer. Since than I called almost 3 time per month for the last 15 months and still haven't gotten a response. My Electrical bill are still high ....he said that I was supposed to havae 75% reduction....maybe its 15 to 20%. Still this person does not provide any courteous service. I don't eve3n know if hes still in business. I just don't know where to look for help.
Intalled Solar, and fan did not work, said they would be back to fix. Once job paid never heard from them again. They do not answer calls. I call every month for past three years...with no call back...ever. Also promised that I have a one time removal and put back on for roof repairs, yea, I don't ever see that happening either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY.
We contacted the folks at Advance Solar after seeing an ad in the Naples paper And were later visited by their salesperson. He outlined a plan for the construction and the parts to be used. The contract was signed on 8/9/13 and work was begun sometime in October/November.
The first few problems Took a long time to fix we should realize then that this was going to be a problem. Before the contract was signed I questioned Chris and his production manager about the distance for service and was told no problem. August 2015 the unit went down and would not restart. I called Chris in the middle of a heat wave and for three days and got no response on the fourth day he responded and told me to call someone local and have it billed to him. I did as requested and our local HVAC Condee responded.He said that that the compressor was shot. That next day I was admitted to the hospital with a heart attack. My wife kept informed of what was going on Condee replaced 3 compressors and all failed. When they found I was coming homeook they disconnected the solar system and installed a new unit and according to their a plant Eng a larger unit was required but they gave a std size unit at no charge.We have tried to get a response but all he would say it was out of Guaranty
