I had the same experience. I purchased night time driving glasses from them and received an order confirmation number but when I try to use their so called tracking system it does not recognise the number. I have emailed them several times and got no response.
After placing, being billed and receiving confirmation of my order on 5th May/17 I received no further communications, having sent numerous emails to the only address that was on the confirmation order. I was sent a Customer Satisfaction Form in which I again advised them that I had not received my order. To date they continue to hold my money for the unfulfilled order. Efforts to have my bank refund my account have failed as they say that the vendor has to process the refund.
I also attempted to purchase the shoes via an online mailing.
I waited over 2 months.
I wrote 3 emails with no response. The website is gone but they still have a shopify website going. I contacted Shopify - and they have no authority or ability to intercede on behalf of a dispute.
Addictgear aroperatingrating under a new domain name. I don't think they ever had the product. They just wanted the PayPal payment to clear and they make you wait until there is no recourse.

There is no way to contact them, and the website is now offline. There is though a personal gmail account "[email protected]" when clicking the "contact us" button from the order confirmation page.
My order number is: ORDER #21145 and I paid 57.75$ for the shoes, a complete ripoff.
I imagine a lot of people is involved, as I got to know the shoes through a facebook add, therefore probably thousands of people saw it.
If there is any way we can do something to report these guys and to get the money back from the people affected, it would be highly appreciated.

I saw an ad on Facebook for reading glases on 03/06/2017 and wanted to surprise my mother so I went ahead and ordered on their website https://www.addictgear.com/ I paid the amount and got a confirmation email. After a week I wanted to know the status of my purchase so I sent them an email acquiring the status. When I didn't get any response after couple of days I went to their website and put in the order number and got to a "thank you" page where it said that the shippment was confirmed.
I waited for some time and then checked it again and saw the same message. I tried to contact them again both via email and on Facebook and this time I saw there where other people on their fanpage complaining they were scammed. I tried to cancel the purchase and request the refund but nobody ever replies.
I've contacted Shopify, since it's their platfor the store is using but they can't do anything about it. They said they would checked it out from their end but there are small chances they can do anything. I also send a report to Facebook about this fradulent activity.

Bought and paid for dual lens adjustable eye glasses march 2017, $35,96 US, after multiple email messages to when they would be coming no answer, now when sending them messages my emails come back saying this is address is no longer valid, not happy conversion from us dollars made it costly
I saw an ad on facebook that redirect me to addictgear.com , purchased a pair of Furoshiki Wrapping shoes. The shipment confirmation email received on June 8th 2017 and the shoes never arrived. Email never replied and the website addictgear.com is down now.
These shoes were advertised on Facebook. I purchsed them and have never received them. Wlll not respond to emails.
Never received the shoes i ordered, tried to contact sales by email, completed the survey complaining about not receiving my order many many times, no reply at all no refund no news, to me it is a scam, i rip off, you can never get a hold of someone at the support sales, very unsatisfied never happened to me before
On June 16 2017, I ordered a pair of Furoshi Wrapping Shoes via a Facebook ad. My credit card was charged $78.59 CAD and I was sent an order confirmation on June 29 which included a note within the confirmation to expect delivery within 30 to 40 days of the order date. On July 26, I emailed Addict Gear via the email address stipulated on the order confirmation requesting the tracking information for my order. When I did not receive a reply, I investigated further to discover the website address is no longer available, and that other customers have also experienced the same scam!
I've ordered 2ea iPhone covers and a night vision glass at addict Gear website, Www.addictgear.com (this web address automatically redirects to https://becauseiamagirlz.com. The order was made on 3rd June 2017, paid USD59, got a confirmation and order number 23646. Send several emails and no response so far. I'm Ripped Off..., do not believe the Chinese thugs...!!!
I have ordered a pair of ( FUROSHIKI SHOES × 1 M / Blue&white ) on May,7 2017. And i have received a confirmation e-mail from the web site.
It said that ı should have get my order in 30-40 days. Despite the fact that it had been much more than 60 days i couldn't get my order yet.
Never received them or could track my order. Was charged on my credit card.
They do not reply to my e-mails ever.
Ordered on May 15 from Addict Gear 2 pairs of Furoshi wrapping shoes, charged USD107 from my credit card got an order # but never then heard any reply or shipping follow-up. Definitely a scam site.
I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from "www.Adictgear.com". I got confirmation of transaction from addictgear via email as well as $208 deducted from the bank account.
I have been waiting now for 9 weeks and NO SHOES. I feel this is a money laundering system and scan and fraud all in one.
They operate via "www. shopify.com" which I also contected and said there is not much they can do. I flied my report with them.
I filed a report with facebook that allows these people to advertise on their site. So I will have to see what happend next.
I also went as far as getting their "WHOIS" on the web, but not much info also. Which leads me to believe this site has been set up to do fraudulent business. I am sure there are thousends who is going through the same thing. What I dont understand is, why is it so hard to get facebook and whoever and wherever these people advertise to close them down.

While on facebook I saw a advertisement on night vision glasses They would cut the glare of oncoming traffic . Since I am reluctant to drive at night, I felt that these glasses would be handy in the event I HAD to drive at night. The advertisement said it would take one to four weeks for delivery. I used pay pal for payment Thatbwas on April 7 2017 Today is June 30, And still no glasses.
I bought some shoes in May 2017 for my mother for mothers day. They did not arrive in time. The company says it takes 30-40 days for the shoes to arrive but this is only in the smallest script received after the order is placed. I wrote twice to ask when I should expect the shoes and got no reply. There is no phone number. I sincerely doubt i will see the shoes and strongly caution against using the site. If anyone has any luck with them, please contact me!

On March 19, 2017 I ordered 2x HD Night Glasses via an Ad on Facebook from Addict Gear in USA. I got confirmation from the Company that they got the order and that they had collected the USD 34,11 from my card. I also got a shipment number for the order #7919. After that nothing at all happened. I have sent one Complaint on their website and 2 letters via mail with no result whatsoever! Today I asked a Friend of mine to find out whom to contact and he helped me to locate your service.
Addict gear are selling various goods advertising on Facebook. Their site looks legitimate but they take your money and don't deliver goods. They sent a goods confirmation.. No reply to numerous emails. I notice there are lots of people putting up comment same thing has happened to them
I saw an ad on Facebook for reading glases on 03/06/2017 and wanted to surprise my mother so I went ahead and ordered on their website https://www.addictgear.com/ I paid the amount and got a confirmation email. After a week I wanted to know the status of my purchase so I sent them an email acquiring the status. When I didn't get any response after couple of days I went to their website and put in the order number and got to a "thank you" page where it said that the shippment was confirmed.
I waited for some time and then checked it again and saw the same message. I tried to contact them again both via email and on Facebook and this time I saw there where other people on their fanpage complaining they were scammed. I tried to cancel the purchase and request the refund but nobody ever replies.
I've contacted Shopify, since it's their platfor the store is using but they can't do anything about it. They said they would checked it out from their end but there are small chances they can do anything. I also send a report to Facebook about this fradulent activity.
